In Holland it is almost impossible to get healthy food, o well my focus is to goto Ecuador any way.

I purchased cheap Himalayan crystal sold rocks for mineralizing the soil.
(3.4 Kg per 8.5 Euro)
Done this with wheatgrass and work very well. since it grows very fast you can use that as a starter to test how much crystal salt you need.

Make a saturated solution in water of it and mix this with your water for a measurable standard.

It very nutritional and you can live of this food for a long time in case of needs and you have access to food very quickly.
