I myself think Eire would be a beautiful place for a ground crew if it had mountains and a cave system. One you can get higher than 300 meters, and secondly if needs be you can vanish like the Pixies underground if that sky does go red.

Hope you get a crew sorted out, if only for a very select elect elite! (i.e. the ones who will listen).
