I've been through what I call "martial law" a few times.
After hurricane devastation in Florida, 3 different times!, we had military on almost every corner, and a curfew of about 8pm at night.
If you were caught out after that you got a ticket, or worse, depending on what you were doing and where you were at.
It would last usually anywhere from a week to two weeks depending on when most of the electricity would come back on.
Really no big deal and during the daytime you do whatever you want as normal.
