The way around this and I don`t like it is to make put a disclaimer up before granting access where in order to view the content they must accept that the content they will be viewing might be offensive to some . That they agree after being warned means that they accept this risk associated with listening. other than going this route those type of sites would have no choice to go the subscription or pay avenue much like satellite radio .

It comes down to choice you can decide what you want to listen to, not allowing some one to decide for you
