I know it's random. If anyone sees what you are doing, they will probably come and stand next to you, look up, look back at you, look at the camera, look back up again and say: "Are you feeling ok?"
In that instance, just twitch your left eye a couple of times, jerk your right shoulder, look at them with a blank face and say: "They're coming".
That should get rid of them pretty quickly.
