Hmmm... good question. I do know that St. Clair talks a lot about investing in gold, so he seems to have the means to think that way... a
different sort of alternative economy & currency. Also, there's a pricey spa out there {somewhere} with alien helpers, they say.
So if ET interface, presence or even bogus claims are known to some, it's used in private health clinics already, kind of like the cloned or human organ trafficking for elites, i.e. people of means.
