What point you making with the last article and its pictures?
Happens where I live whenever the temperature is quite low, below -10 degrees celcius, and the air humidity is high enough to form lightweight icecrystals in the air. All lightsources gets reflected upwards as an optical illusion when the crystals point the same direction. Was like this a couple of days ago.
It looks cool, but that's it. Nothing divine with it at all, other than what you may make of it yourself.
