DNA is the same everywhere in the universe, it originates in hyperspace / higher dimensions and manifests in this reality. It is not extra terrestrial in origin, it is extra dimensional in origin. Much of the "Junk" DNA actually holds the programming of our fate in it. Then as we make new choices the DNA changes to suit them.
