I noticed this is the same information Drunvalo Melchizedek gives to activate your merkaba. His instructions are at http://www.greatdreams.com/merkaba.htm
I did the activation and kept it up for a few weeks, but haven't maintained it.
Does this mean I have unknowingly activated a death star vehicle within myself?

One thing I forgot to add in case it is not clear in their website is that the top of the merkaba is the one that spins clock wise at 33 1/3 and the bottom top of the merkaba is counter clockwise 11 2/3
