Well.. it's 2 mins to twelve on my watch...
Are we getting ready for the countdown ?
Are we talking about 2-11 GMT... I guess it's still got a few more hours if you travel west of that point.
I bet something happened today, apart from birthdays.
I can understand why you put pictures of 9-11 in the paper.. you need to have some way of reminding us of why we're in Afghanistan and Iraq... most of us are starting to forget (even those who couldn't work out why in the first place).
Another thought: Statistically it improves one's chances to count 2-11 not only as the DAY THAT SOMETHING HAPPENED... but also THE DAY THAT SOMETHING HAPPENED THAT MIGHT LEAD TO SOMETHING BIG HAPPENING LATER ON.... this way you can cover much more of the calendar with predictions that have a chance of being even close...
leaving less time for celebrating birthdays.
