Hi all,
Personally, I would find little point in taking myself off to the Andes, the Alps or Scotland if I ended up on a hillside alone surrounded by a collection of goats and other odd looking creatures wondering what I was doing! My point is, I think the only way of realistically coming through these events is to be a part of a self sufficient community or at least closley associated with one. That to me is a safe zone, or safe location.
