I read this article myself. There was some discussion of it yesterday b/c britain had announced they were going to take ownership of some of their banks as well. take a close look, history is happening right before your eyes...

Just a reminder....we are in the 5th night of the Galactic cycle according to the Mayan timelime. All will be fine. We are on a schedule. Everything happening is necessary to reach the higher level of consciousness....
