Gosh, I'd have to disagree with you there "the sceptic", I'm British and I absolutely do not want or agree with biometric passports. I don't believe that this will in any way prevent terrorism and is just another way to control us. I don't personally feel the need to have the governments of the world monitoring every civilian on the planet in order to feel safe. Have you ever noticed how much more violent Britain has become since they put cameras up everywhere? the more you bring in oppressive control mechanisms the more people rebel, that is the the route cause of terrorism...oppressive control.
Will you also be welcoming the biometric chip in your body as well?
