i am russling with the "you are safe where you are"
and, also having the credit
and, the equity to create
a learning/retreat/safe centre
north of toronto -
towards the areas that lie north/east of here
& perhaps, as, far into pq ???

if anyone is in the toronto area/and, considering
the ability to earn part ownership of a centre ?

or, is willing to exchange reno work / for dollars ?

or, is looking for a safe place to stay over the winter --
