Just a suggestion....One can put a cup of water on the speakers while we do the meditation & "charge" the water...Use it for healing/energy/boost against negativity...
As 9-9-9 comes...we all need to be taking in more water!! If you can, do cleansing herbs...drink more...add silica (it occurs naturally in onions and one can get Horsetail Herb Supplements) Silica is a plant digested form of quartz...and allows one to be more crystaline...besides helping calcium absorption!!!
