basically this is a scientific project that measure the deviation of a standard generator of random numbers around the world.
When this is red means that most generators are deviating from the standard that is statistically (almost) impossible.
While the other approaches discussed in this forum are interesting but not verified this is an official princeton's experiment with 10 years of data you can check.
