My friends,

An appology i must give,for yesterday i spent with the dentist and then i sought my bed.
For rest i needed myself i needed to repair.
So myself i could not meditate for Phied or post a message to remind.

For this i say im sorry.

But those who feel for phied no reminder was needed and im sure to phied your love and intent was sent.

Next wed my friends i will also join and a reminder to those that require i will send.
