You do not have to do anything as you are doing the biggest thing now and that is BEING AWARE of what could/is going on.
If you are AWARE then if any of this information comes to fruitation, you are not going to be running around panicking like a lot of closed minded people.
With all this information overload coming about, take what fits and leave behind what does not.
Like others said, when the time is right and also if that time ever comes around, you will know what to do, or even know where to come for help.
But take comfort in that you are AWARE but do not let it rule your life with fear.
