Hello my dear Friends!

I'm sorry I haven't been posting much, but You are not forgotten, nor this thread or its goal!

I'm trying to keep up with the meditations, at least once a week.

About spreading the word... I have to say "mea culpa", I did forgot to keep doing it, but I'll start it over again.

I know that some of the initial groups that gave me feedback, here in Portugal, are keeping with the saturday meditations. So there's still a few people joining us every week.
