The second version posted has the fear mongering instead of just the raw data and goes against Clay's desire to have the people NOT FEED THE ANIMALS. (ie. With our emotions.)
His point of the 250 MILLION dollar film to feed the 2012 fears is to build the fear and leverage this power, the power of RAVES on the Olympic site, his very good point of 'Mind over matter' etc.
Someone or something is feeding on this fear, and has been for a very long time. In trauma/mind control as well; trauma and fear is a great tactic to soften up a target for a new belief.
Also, 'End of times' is a well known "mistranslation" of
'End of an Age'
The only way 2012 will be negative is if enough of us buy into this; the choice is ours. (Of course there are also those selling stuff like the 1999-2000 'disaster'.)
Clearly, fear is quite a lucrative business.
