Also...........Just wanting to remind all..........using thought to be creative,inventive,healthy......brings in Ether of Creation(Source Energy,Sea of Consciousness,Void, Divine Matrix) And raises our frequencies!!

So!!! Even on mundane levels we can be creative adding doodles to our notes! Adding something special or different to how we do everyday things adds to Source Energy here on Earth!!
