I've felt positive about the future for a long time, and have found many predictions confusing -- for the future I've seen isn't one that could spring from the ruined world some have been warning of.

It is my view that many of these predictions are meant as warnings only, while others fail to come to fruition because we have been warned.

Meanwhile the Golden Age comes closer every day. The next few years will be hardest on those who cling to pessimism.

I would still like to establish an intentional community -- but more as an example for the future than as a survival tactic.
