This has NOTHING to do with being a gracious loser. This has everything to do with following the Constitution, and standing up for the truth. I for one hope the Judge doesn't get a bad case of flu poisoning, a car accident, heart attack, suicide before the next court hearing.

If any of these things happen, I do think there needs to be some serious thought about the next step.
