"Nemesis" by Isaac Asimov

Has anyone read this book? I just got done reading this book not to long ago. I can't help but easily compare the premise of this book to the coming of the supposed Niburu/planet X conspiracy questions.

In this book a brown dwarf is discovered within half the distance of the nearest star to earth. This brown dwarf has a planet circling it that could possibly support life. A colony leaves to create a new world leaving the rest of humanity behind. They get there and discover that this brown dwarf is heading towards earth not impacting it but severely affecting life on it. The planet has a satellite that they land on and develop a small settlement. One of the children who has inuitive abilities develops an understanding with a planet-organism lifeform who communicates telepathically with her.

I won't go into too much detail about the book in case anyone wants to read it, but overall I really liked this book. Just wanted to know what people thought about it...
