A minty fresh feeling

Yes it sounds like a toothpaste commercial but that's the only way to describe certain sensation I am feeling on my physical body as of late.

Just before going to sleep or during sleep I get this feeling on my spine that is like when you eat strong peppermint and then drink cold water. This sensation originates about 2" higher from the heart chakra and goes up and down (as if scanning) the spine between the solar plexus chakra and the base of my neck. This feeling was subtle at the beginning of this year but it is getting stronger with the passing of the days. Now I can feel this minty fresh feeling on the surface of my chest at the same time as I feel it on my spine.

It's not a scary feeling. I actually sleep well when this happens and I also experience the most lucid dreams when I have this energy on me... from chatting with deceased loved ones to discussing things with other-worldly beings.

I'm just posting this message to share my experience and to find if some of you have been through a similar experience.
