This is a public service announcement from your resident dictato..oops I mean, umm, moderators.

As you are all probably well aware at this stage, this forum is open game for any number of different styles of attack.

The best way to get a forum like this to turn counter productive is to come in and create chaos in a bid to extract "bad energy" out of the members.

This is not an issue that can be contained exclusively by the moderators, 80% of the work is down to you guys. By being awake and aware to these characters and not rising to their bait, each of you is doing your part in creating an environment where these dudes loose power. And remember, these guys only have as much power as you guys give them through your emotional reactions.

There was quite a few instances over the past few days where normally cool members were loosing the head, so much so that if this place was a bar we would be asking you to take it outside. Take that as a lesson and know that these people came in here to intentionally cause chaos, Now we know how they work, we can work together to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Remember, if you spot a troll, or anyone who is suspiciously trying to stir the brown stuff, shut off your emotional reactions and simply ignore them. They work by first antagonising someone and then lavish in getting an angry response. They will even go off at each other in a bid to drag others into the argument, do not fall for their bs.
