peaceandlove - The whole Law of Sea, Admiralty and Common Law on land (here in Canada) thang is all pretty mysterious to me. I've sat down a few times to figure it out and no success yet.
I'll read your link on my next attempt. It does seem weird that a country (USA) would lose river rights, e.g. Mississippi. (?)
