I have a friend who is a living example of that and I am speechless with wonder. We know that each one of us is quite wonderful in our own way, but so different in our paths to Nirvana. I'm sure I could use a little bit of her delicious sensual/sexual feeling instilled within myself, but the best I can manage is a large scale compassion and agonizing over what is the best strategy to gain the most leverage using the tools I have in the seemingly short time I have.

If you were going to help heal the world in the shortest period of time what group or person(s) would you work with first, assuming you can reach any group or person(s) you desire? Of course family comes first.

Carmen, from all my research, I was under the impression that 4th density life wouldn't still be threedimensional, in other words that you would ascend from this 3rd density life to a new realm that can't be seen/explained in our 3rd density terms, and that if you did stay in 3rd density as a 4th density being, you would unlock supernatural powers such as telepathy, clairvoyance, etc.. I've always believed that's what 4th density meant, that we would truly 'advance' to the next level, not just stay in 3rd density albeit very enlightened and very full of love, I thought the shift from 3rd to 4th density would be massive and radical and it would probably mean the end of our 3rd reality self, that's what I gathered from the Hidden Hand's testimony and the Law of One in which the harvest and ascension were explained, of course I could be wrong, what's your take on this?. I enjoyed your thread regardless.

Thank you powerviolence (what a name), As I understand it, and have experienced to a certain degree, the mind is or can be trained to be, multi-dimensional and the different areas of our brains vacilitate this. All humans have this ability although some seem to be born with it full blown ie clairvoyance, telepathy etc. Its part of our natural progression/evolvement. The ability to healing oneself naturally is part of this higher order.

We all know of, and have experienced abilities/knowingness that do not fit into 3D. They are usually dismissed by totally 3D people, but people who have experienced paranormal abilities, even for a fleeting moment, know what they experience, no matter the naysayers. It will stay with them the rest of their lives but they usually give up discussing their experiences with people around them who are ready ridiculers.

When people ascend this plane (and this is my opinion/assumption!!) they will go, physically, to the realm that they already live in to a large extent, in mind, in consciousness. Your future reality is first created in your mind, then it manifests in the physical. Thats how it happens in 3D already, whether we are conscious of it or not. When reaching for a higher order of consciousness, we first have to understand the laws pertaining to that level, then 'Live' that Higher order as if we were already there. Sort of like 'faking it, till you make it', but that sounds dismissive because to me it is a Sacred Responsibility to evolve/improve ourselves. We were never meant to be static/set in any life. We are meant/designed to change and grow, constantly.

It can be quite overwhelming at first when we are mired in situations and lifestyles seemingly out of our control. I had a silly wee saying I say to myself when the mountain (of limitations) seems too high. Its 'Eat your elephant one bite at a time'!!!!! Works for me, and it does help to keep a sense of humour. Life is eternal. You have eternity to work on all this and whats more, (this is the bit I love to remind myself of) whatever we really, really understand and change about ourselves, we get to keep forever, doesnt matter how many lifetimes we have. What we learnt is Soul Wisdom and now part of our character.

Dear Gnosis (the main person who has kept my little thread alive!!) The sexual stuff is a curly question and one most people are vitally interested in!!! I was very excited when I first moved my sexual energy up the body (it shot to my head) but Im blowed if I could find 'anyone' who had had the same experience or understood to any degree what the hell I was talking about!!

My then husband was particularly upsetHis sexy scorpio wife was gone!!It really was a parting of the ways. One cannot relate physically to a mate who is stuck in their first seal, no matter how long you try. But strong energy, whether it be sexual or otherwise is a great asset to use to move towards enlightening oneself! And I do think finding a mate who is on the 'path' so to speak, would enable one to explore transcendental lovemaking.

The best way to help change this 3D world is to work on self, always working on yourself. It can sometimes seem selfish to be only doing that, but to me its the only way. Whatever anyone else is doing or saying around us is secondary to the work we do with ourselves. Eventually we will notice changes happening within ourselves, attitudes corrected, habitual behavour overcome. There will be a precious 'something' that is growing within that cannot be dismissed and really cannot be discussed. Its like a precious pearl that we guard carefully while it grows. Their is a growing confidence in what we are doing. This is reflected in our demenour (spelling!!) our beingness that others start to notice, as its starts to radiate out. I was amazed over the years watching my family change and accept the changes in me. Even my older siblings who are very asleep, find the new me acceptable.

non-existence of a "self" to be protected,

non-existence of a "self" inside a corporal container

non-existence of a boundary between mind and matter

This non-existence is SO peaceful, it's like the blade of grass in its stillness.

Yet we know, within a blade of grass is teeming activity and life...

The non-being, it's so peaceful as to just not even describe it as peace, since people already conceive of peace as being something like sitting in a nice natural setting or by the fire or under a blanket.

The peace is all pervasive such that there is nothing but peace, period.

Hello Carmen, I know a few 4D "sailors" who could take you on, lol. I'm only half joking, really, believe me. As I unlock myself out of 3D I'm starting to connect up, up the chakras too, but it has been a monogamous 4d relationship. I was being "schooled" to move the enegies up to my head. But perhaps he gave up on me for being too 3D -- yuck!!

So, nose to the grindstone, continue my self-clearing work and then perhaps I will be able to maintain a 4d relationship. Who knows I might skip a grade and start interacting on the 5D. I was told that I have downloaded or integrated quite a bit of my 9D, and I have no idea what that entails.

They never used terminology and concepts like this in Sunday School


From sessions what we were seeing about the 4D is that it used to be a heavily populated zone but we got lazy and sunk to 3D and there has been disgruntlement toward us from the remaining 4D folks who would like to bring us back into the game.

Some writers call it the former "Magical Universe" and I guess that is because in 4D a cube is really a tesseract, and time is more malleable. I've already done some time travelling when I am in a 4d mode -- the past walks right up to the present, or vice versa. Many 3d magicians and wizards operate on the 3d from their 4d viewpoint. How they do that I don't want to know right now.

I am not a technician and not a scientist, just a being who is convinced that I used to be ME, and that was a wonderful thing to be.
