And the Director talks at them like children...as funny as it is, the whole things sorta a weird. Or is it just me?

That was done with a video editing program. It's not real footage. The director and the monkey were added into the shot and the rest was comped together using a split screen technique.

It's still funny...I also assumed most everyone's seen the clip of a zombie-fied President Clinton filming a commercial, between the shots when the make-up artist was giving him touch-ups he had a completely dead, empty look in his eyes and his face was expressionless. On this one, he basically had the same empty look on his face.

I believe the clip I saw before was making the argument for mind control techniques being used on presidents and other high level officials, something along those lines.
