In my firm view you are both exactly where you are supposed to be and for a specific and special purpose.

In time you will discover that you know everything you need to know about this situation. She will probably catalyse the unlocking of that knowledge within you.

Don't be overly worried if the character of this situation changes toward the more conventional as she is increasingly exposed to the influences of the world. I am sure everything will work out in the long run.
