Yes, I can vouch for MMS for skin complaints, just make sure you activate it and dilute it - don't ever put it on the skin straight or less dilute than instructions, as it will burn the skin.

It might be an idea to take it internally as well, you can put it in capsules (activated with citric acid) if you cant take the taste (this is only an issue when you begin to build up the number of drops to high doses).
