Michel Chossudovsky is the Editor of http://www.globalresearch.ca/, which is a good resource for understanding what is going on in the world, in my opinion.
This is a Russia Today interview of Michel regarding Iran. He states, "Those that decide on these military actions believe their own propaganda...": |

Hi Seashore
"Those that decide on these military actions believe their own propaganda...": I think it is true, I once read a book "Mistakes we made (but not by me)" by Elliot Aronson which talks about the process of "cognitive dissonance" or the way we come to terms with unthinkable actions Apparent we humans can not live with our mistakes so we golden them and make them better so we can sleep at night My sister was a classic example of that Love |

I've been thinking a lot lately about the politicians who do the bidding of their handlers. I think they get caught up and enmeshed in the system they're a part of, and they do rationalize - we all do to some extent. I hope, somehow, we can break through to them... |
