My sentiments exactly Observer.
There will be life on Earth Post 2012 but it is my firm belief that the events leading up to then will change the way we think as a species.
This type of archaic concept wont be understood by future generations let alone practiced.

Hey Gaia! These goofballs will do ANYTHING to make a dollar, and nothing is beneath them. What's more, is most of them are laughing behind the scenes because they don't believe anything at all will happen on that date, but they believe that YOU & I believe. I made up my mind a long time ago that this world is full of fools, and I'm ashamed to say that a year ago I would've bought every word as being true. Now I just feel sorry for the ones who are still in a catatonic state mentally when it comes to this kind of garbage. I wonder what genious marketing strategies we'll see in the near future regarding the same dates?
