Put on your combat boots and get ready
Edit: I think I was looking at this the wrong way.
Mods, feel free to delete. By using the words "war" and "negativity", I have inadvertently giving power to both. Back to the drawing board (and back down the rabbit hole). Last edited by Humble Janitor; 11-28-2008 at 03:25 AM. |

Re: Put on your combat boots and get ready
Perhaps I worded this wrong but regardless, my intent remains the same. There will always be a need for balance but regardless, I am not used to staying upbeat about anything and to me, this is a whole new world.

Quote:
I will admit, I sometimes let negativity slip into my world, but I try to quickly eliminate it by focusing on ANYTHING positive about the situation that brought on the negativity. I simply keep in mind that everything happens for a reason. Although that reason my not be known at this time, there is always a reason, and it will present itself sooner or later. We just have to pay attention when it comes, and think back to the negative that happened and say to ourselves, "oh, that's why that happened", and go on with life, now in a more positive manner. It's not always easy, but it becomes easier the more you try. If you focus more on the positive, you will see mostly positive and the negative seems to move farther away. Let love fill your world.
