Thanks Carol, good post.

I agree that animals have at least a better COLLECTIVE consciousness connection than humans tend to do, not sure if I would go as far and say they are more evolved consciously in total though.

But consciousness is an interesting topic, and though somewhat off-topic here I feel perhaps you might find this article I wrote interesting:
