The videos show four lights making various geometric formations. Towards the end the lights flash repeatedly and then turn off one by one. I like the background discussion between kids and dad.

My wife helped with a rough translation of this (she translated, I took notes).

There are two sets of voices in the video, one from the original recording and one from a set of panelists who are commenting on the video. The comments from the panelists also appear in subtitles at the bottom of the screen. Near the end of the video there is a timestamp that reads "1990 5 14" so the original video may be rather old. There's no indication of when this aired on the news.

The comments aren't anything special, just the expected speculations and descriptions of the location and the activity. The location is Tainan in the south of Taiwan. There is some sort of festival going on at the Baihe temple (tower on the left) so there were lots of witnesses. There were comments about whether this could be an air force exercise and another panelist says they don't have anything that can disappear suddenly. When the objects disappear, one comments about it ducking behind something and another says it has gone to another dimension. Most of the other comments are basically describing what you can see for yourself.
