Ancient Tibetan Exercises(5 Rites*)
I've been doing these exercises since i discovered the book by peter kelder "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth".Very powerful stuff.Makes you feel and look younger.Works miracles on your mind.Combined with the Solfeggio Frequencies........too good!

Hi ... i too have been doing these for years, actually about 8 now. I'll be 40 in a year and people think i'm in my late twenties ....
I"m not going to say its just from this rites ... but they really have helped me. THEY ARE SO SIMPLE and if you read the book "The fountain of Youth" your be inspired to at least try them .... and i feel like me you'll see the simplicity TO A RISE IN CONSCIOUSNESS with much, love, light and laughter SC www.IndigoRising.net |

Good thread. Thanks for sharing this. I have been looking for simple physical movements that connect body with the heart and mind. This sounds like it fits the bill. Will check it out.
I came by something that sounds similar earlier this year: The Secret Art of Seamm Jasani: 58 Movements for Eternal Youth from Ancient Tibet by Asanaro. A couple of things from that book stuck with me: "The first movement is Happiness" (I'm paraphrasing from memory), and a story about how a young student of the art was able to transform the energy of a whole village by working with these exercises.
