Criteria For Save Haven

Greeting fellow Malaysians & Earthlings,

Before we declare any place as a Safe Haven, we need to figure out what are the criteria to qualify a place as one, the following are my 3 basic suggestion that will satisfy human's 3 basic needs (food, water and shelter), y'all are welcome to add but keep it basic and simple:

1. Is tropical forest/farmland.
2. Have fresh water rivers/lakes/wells.
3. Must be highland and 300Km from coastline.
