I would like to gather under this topic all data relevant to prevention and cure of the vaccines in general and particularly to H1N1 vaccine as well as the flu .

The data here after come from lecturers present at the Camelot event that was held in Brussels on the 11th of october 2009.
The whole day was devoted to the H1N1 vaccine .

Jane Burgermeister traced the history of her campaign and gave updates as to where we are now.

Desiree Röver deutch medical journalist exposed the danger of vaccines by tracing their history and armfull effects.

Stress was put that vaccines won't have any harmfull effects on you providing you raise your immusystem. through a healthy diet based on organic food .

Gabriele Stäehler health Practitioner spoke about prevention and cure concerning the H1N1 vaccine by talking in lengh about vitamin D3.

The primary source of vitamin D3 is sunlight, which converts 7-dehydrocholesterol in the skin to vitamin D3 via photochemical reactions using ultraviolet B radiation (UV-B). Numerous factors such as latitude, season, air pollution, pigmentation of skin, and sunscreen affect UV-ray exposure. The US is between 30° and 45° latitude, and six months or more of each year has insufficient UV-B sunlight to produce optimal D levels. People with dark skin produce less vitamin D since melanin, a skin pigment, acts as a natural sunscreen, absorbing UV radiation. Only a few foods naturally contain vitamin D: fatty fish, fish liver oils and eggs from hens that have been fed vitamin D.

- Cholecalciferol D3: vitamin D3 in your skin / animals in fur or feather
- Calcidiol: 25-hydroxyvitamin D/25(OH)D3/25 D3 Prehormon in your blood

Recommended daily doses :
for infants:

In case of a flu: 5000 IU vitamin D3 every hour . You can go up to 50.000 IU
Gabriele made it clear that Vit D3 can't be overdosed !
Intake as high as 100.000 IU vitamin D3 taken in one dose showed no signs of overdose.

Would you then get that H1N1 vaccine or contaminated by the flu itself you need to take massive doses of vitamin D3 to cleanse your system of the poison.

I think we will be many to do the same Pab !!!
The more of us can avoid this the best .
The message here is really " stay away from that vaccine " But those who will get the vaccine will be contaminated and will put others at risk as far as I understood. Therefore the importance of taking that vitamin D3 anyway and have it to hand in sufficient quantity . With it we will also be able to help others .

my grandson is 7 yrs old and he has the H1N1 as I write this. He has been sick since last Thursday night. His neighborhood friends family all had it as they decided to take the vaccine.

He goes to see the dr today and he sounds so awful. Myself, I was in contact with him and because I take D3 5000 IU's daily feel that the ONE hour that I was sick was my flu for the year. I feel blessed that I had the knowledge. Of course my daughter choose to take the D3 also but felt it was too much for her son. She had the 1000 IU's there also.....I made sure she was ready.

I will let you know what the dr says and thankfully my grandson is getting the D3's 2000 IU's a day.............

So it makes no difference if you take the vaccine or not. Apparently it is all over his school also.

One thing that is not being mentioned in many sources is the need for provitamin A along with vitamin D3.

Even natural sunlight will drive A levels down and A and D are needed together.
Because of this- my family uses a high vitamin A cod liver oil (and skate oil for me) along with liqui D 3 (that is another thing not being mentioned- all the studies on D3 were done with a liquid form).

I give my youngest children 6 -10 thousand IU's daily. I myself take many times that (my level was once 12 and optimal for me will be over 100).
Cheap tests are available as well and I suggest testing.

I'm almost never sick. I did not have flu for the last 10 years, maybe more. My secret is to make sure that everyday without exception I...
- eat well
- defecate well (very important)
- drink enough water so urine is always clear (gotta help those kidneys)
- sleep well and enough
- breathe air that has enough oxygen (open the window a little wherever you sleep)
- common sense tells me to add exercise to the list but personally I pretty much get away without it (I stand guilty)

Of course with the economic problems, from now on I might not be able to do all of these everyday and I will get sick. Great thing for MSM that swine flu is around to be blamed, but the real cause is in the list above, we all know it.

Hello Mudra,

Thank you for all of these links.

However, is there a link that will confirm that Vit D3 supplements interfere with thyroid medication?

I would like to know as I had started taking D3 but then saw some article claiming that it could damage the thyroid even further? I did not take both at the same time (a few hours apart or more).

Also, I have MMS but haven't really used it much. It's nice that it's there as a backup in case I do get really sick.
