Is Stewart Swerdlow a Fraud?

I just finished listening to Camelot's most recent interview of Dr Bill Deagle. Dr Waterman's name was mentioned and it is clear that both Dr Deagle and Camelot trust Dr Waterman as a source.

Dr Waterman claims that Stewart Swerdlow was not in the Montauk Project - that he has personal knowledge of this - but declines to give details. Here are two posts where he states this:

I find it hard to believe that Stewart was not in the Montauk Project. Yet Waterman states this with such certainty.

Any help I can get resolving this conflict will be appreciated.

I can only say when I saw a pic of SS I was taken aback- I contacted him promptly. Unless someone at the top comes forward it's unlikely to get concrete evidence- one huge reason I want MKULTRA files and black projects related to them to be opened with a full detailed list of those involved.
