The deer is showing no sign of disturbance. Hard to say either for or against.

Very cool.
The only non UFO explanation I can think of, and this comes from my observation of the shape and the way it moves, is hat it is a spider web line closer to the camera. A very light breeze is moving it in the air and the white 'line" is the specular result (reflection) on the web strand as the IR light is shining on it.
By detail in the video - hard to say, but by the shape and way it moves, I see a familiarity ...

The way it's jerking back and forth and up and down it made me think of a late 40s/early 50s flying saucer sci-fi. But on a trail cam?
Here's Part 1 of the same Trail Cam video and it shows the same thing.
But WAIT! Just as the vid was coming to an end, something went whizzing by from right to left at a high rate of speed.
It's really fast, but you can get a good look at it if you go full screen and pause around 0:29.

Better yet, here is a screen grab:

Now I know that ain't no hawk, owl, or bat. And I'm pretty sure it ain't no bug or spider web either.
Very curious!

I would like to believe it was extraterrestrial, but a $200 drone could do the same if not better. One day I guess..

I couldn't even see that thing in the video (even after going back to find it). All I saw was the spider web-esque white line at the top - I think this is what mojo was actually referring to, but I could be wrong.
What I can say of this other object you found is that it is reflecting the IR light that the camera is capturing (as opposed to creating its own). You can see that the IR lights have a quite short falloff, therefore that object can be no further than that deer is, and may well be very close to the camera, in my mind leaving the possibility open for a flying insect.

think the second object is a small bat, but due to the speed of the bat & the way the camera works you see a stretched out thing showing a period of movement like those shots of a city at night with red & white lines where cars are moving.
