Thinking about similar related equipment and the nuclear tunnel borer comes to mind.

Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs) have been seen around the world through much of history. Look like the Shag Harbor incident in Nova Scotia Canada in 1967.

The scale of the object with a width of 30-50 feet across is something to consider and under intelligent control while terrain traversing. There is a researcher/ member named 1967sander that used very expensive editing software to analize moon photos. In one video he claimed there was a large tracked machine or crawler. Maybe the technology on the moon is also found in the vastness of our oceans?
