Thought I would share this interesting article from TMI and ask if others would like to share their own experiences.

Summary: The author shares his experiences in trying to use his consciousness to affect gambling outcomes.

From the article:

[the experiment in] "Vegas teaches us, if we are aware, that our thoughts when coupled with emotion do create our reality."

This ties into the discussion previously on another thread about whether we create our realities or not. I think I'll link that thread to this one, as an example. :)

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks WHiskey, that was a very interesting read.

That would be an interesting workshop "Inner Vegas Adventure™."
and the" Monroe Institute’s Hemi-Sync®". That would be an interesting tool to get to play with.

The corporate language creep into the daily lives is disturbing.
Pretty soon all things with have TM and R next to it.

Hemisynch is a technology that has been around a long time and I have used it myself. It was developed by Robert Monroe, perhaps the greatest modern western pioneer on the subject. (notice how much I qualified that *wink*) You can find his books on Amazon.

Expanded awareness, I believe, was the next step out of the woods after Mind Awake/Body Asleep. I haven't used the hemi sync tapes in a while, but when I was, I was just starting to get to the early stages of the expanded awareness state.

I hope things settle down for me later on in life and I'll be able to spend time on that work again.
