German Chancellor Angela Merkel has failed to form her proposed government after a coalition partner pulled out of negotiations Sunday.

Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union (CDU), its sister party the Christian Social Union, the Green party and the pro-business Free Democrats (FDP) have not been able to agree on issues regarding immigration and the environment after two months of negotiations. FDP pulled out of talks Sunday after realizing the parties were too far apart to find common ground within the near future.

“It is better not to govern than to govern badly,” FDP leader Christian Lindner told reporters. “We don’t blame anyone for sticking to their principles. But we also do so ourselves. We were voted for to reverse the current trends, but we couldn’t reach an agreement.”

Merkel is now left with a number of undesirable alternatives less than two months after she won her fourth general election. She can either seek a minority government with the Greens or call a snap election. The third alternative of negotiating with Social Democrats seems unlikely since the parties drifted apart during the election campaign.

The chancellor apologized for the chaos, saying she thought the coalition was “on a path where we could have reached an agreement.” Merkel further stressed she would “do everything to ensure that this country comes out well through this difficult time.”

Yes, the programming by MSM is quite effective. I was attempting to relay some of this information just the other day, and I was essentially called a conspiracy theorist. The person actually began getting irate, and we had to drop the subject--anything related to the news.

There was a wall that was up to block any incoming information. Not one ounce of consideration of the possibility that it (the pedaphilia) could be true. When explained some sources who had been investigating for years, still the wall was up. No door was open to receive the information.

I think the problem is prohibition, instead of fire-bombing, we should legalize all narcotics and spend our "drug war" money on good education and treatment for those with addiction issues.

"destroying drugs" is a part of the predicted Reaction which has been coaxed and guided for decades now... we need to break from the cycle; and it seems the best way to achieve that break is to cease all prohibitionist behaviors.... the only reason these plants are "worth" so much money is due to prohibition, take that away and the issue becomes one of health, not funding black ops and filling prisons.

I understand your point of view mate and respect its logic, but when dealing with the frailties of the human species logic doesn't always apply.

An end to prohibition just means that some business or some capitalist somewhere will end up profiting hugely from it, then we're back to square one. The horrific global disease of drugs was inflicted upon the world – by the CIA etc – as a weapon of mass destruction and nothing less. It is social engineering designed to degrade the moral core of the mental and the spiritual, and fray the bonds of the nuclear family, partnerships, friendships, and trash entire communities. It's done a good job I'd say. To keep the drugs flowing would only sustain that program and support that goal.

It would be the continuation of widespread killing, but this time 'Legally' profiting from that. And the profit has to go somewhere. Putting it in education would be pointless, because everyone knows the risks already. They will do it anyway, because Humans are stupid, ignorant and reckless. They are creatures of gratification, slaves of addiction. If narcotics are allowed to continue circulating, especially legally, people will continue to take them, in probably far greater numbers than ever before - and continue to destroy themselves, their children, their family, all those around them and the communities they live in.

If the 'war of drugs' is suddenly won, I wouldn't want to carry on living in the same paradigm but by some other name. Drugs are a damn cancer, and they have to be destroyed.

Reports are beginning to surface that a Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) landed at Langley on Saturday.

A Marine expeditionary unit (MEU, pronounced "Mew"), is the smallest Marine air-ground task force (MAGTF) in the United States Fleet Marine Force. Each MEU is an expeditionary quick reaction force, deployed and ready for immediate response to any crisis, whether it be natural disaster or combat missions.

A Marine expeditionary unit is normally composed of: a reinforced Marine infantry battalion (designated as a Battalion Landing Team) as the ground combat element, a composite medium tiltrotor squadron forms the aviation combat element, a combat logistics battalion provides the logistics combat element, and a company-size command element serves as the MEU headquarters group.

Troop strength is about 2,200 and usually commanded by a colonel, and is deployed from amphibious assault ships. Currently, a Marine expeditionary unit embarks Marines and equipment onto the amphibious warfare ships of an Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) which also includes escort ships and submarines to protect them from air, surface, and submarine threats. For further protection and strong air support, such an ESG is often deployed along with one or more carrier battle groups.

WITNESSES

According to persons who reside near Langley, a large contingent of Marines arrived at CIA Headquarters in tilt-rotor aircraft and when the Marines deplaned, they were armed and moved quickly into CIA Headquarters! (I did not personally witness this and am relying solely on what witnesses are telling me)

Those witnesses also say that a significant number of tilt-rotor aircraft could be clearly seen circling the grounds of CIA Headquarters, parked on the grass around the building.

This is not normal.

Never before has anything like this ever been seen taking place at CIA Headquarters and speculation is now running rampant as to what is actually taking place.

Conspiracy Theorists are claiming the President of the United States is moving to take out rogue elements in the Intelligence Community, at the request of his new CIA Director. It is rumored that these rogue elements have been undermining the Administration since before it took office last January, and may be connected to some well publicized "incidents" which suddenly resumed taking place this year, (mass shootings / violent protests) after a brief respite once the Obama Administration left office.

Moreover, there is not one word of Marines landing at Langley, appearing in _any_ US mass-media outlet.

The number of SEALED INDICTMENTS presently on US District Court Dockets across the United States has reached an astonishing 1800 as of Friday, November 17. These Sealed Indictments began appearing on US District Court Dockets on October 31.

There have never been this many Sealed Indictments showing on federal court Dockets at the same time . . . ever.

The existence of so many sealed Indictments has lead others to suggest that large groups of federal officials - perhaps including elected officials - are facing mass arrest over a number of corruption-related activities such as "pay-to-play" the UraniumOne conspiracy, Pedophile Rings and other criminal activities, and these troops may be needed to keep order once the high officials start being taken under arrest!

This is especially interesting given revelations late last week, that an FBI Informant allegedly has VIDEO of Clinton Foundation people being given suitcases full of cash from Russians, prior to the approval of the UraniumOne deal which sold twenty percent of US Uranium manufacturing to Russia's state-owned ROSATOM corporation.

The existence of video showing cash payoffs has sent a slew of people from the former Administration into fits of anxiety that their schemes are now uncovered and many of them are going to prison for what they did. Desperate people can sometimes do desperate things and if those people are high-ranking federal officials, God only knows what they might have in the works to try to save themselves.

Despite actually having a personal life, and despite today being Sunday, which is family time, I have done a LOT of digging on this story. I have reached out to contacts in both the Pentagon and in several Intel Agencies and here is what I can confirm:

This story has gone viral and sadly, a number of people who copied the story, added some of their own speculation or assumptions. Some of the copies offer absolutely wild variations on the basic report above.

Nowhere on this web site did I even make mention of any "coup" against the President. Those rumors came from others acting on their own.

Nowhere on this web site did I claim there were 2200 Marines sent to the CIA. I reported the typical size of an MEU as being typically 2200 and some readers assumed that all 2200 went to CIA.

Now, about the troops. I have been told that "a very significant number" of troops WERE sent to CIA and arrived via aircraft on Saturday, November 18. I was not told a precise number. I was not told WHY they were sent. I was not told what time they were sent.

My article above reports that a Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) is comprised of about 2200 Marines. That's factually accurate.

But the Ground Combat Element of an MEU is 1100 troops.

The Aviation Element consists of 12 MV-22s (Osprey) and 4 Sikorsky CH-53 "Super Stallion" helicopters.

Each MV-22 carries 24 troops standard, and 32 if they cram them in.

Each CH-53 carries 37 troops standard, and if the extra seats are installed 55 troops.

So going with the absolute max per aircraft, the Osprey element can carry 384 troops, and the CH-53 element 220.

That means 604 troops in a single lift. So if they were using all 1100 troops of the ground combat element that would be two trips for each aircraft.

The CIA Headquarters building is located at 1000 Colonial Farm Road in McLean, Virginia, and can be reached via George Washington Memorial Parkway.

However, due to a need for secrecy, the complex may only be accessed by those with authorization (e.g., appropriate credentials) or by appointment; only authorized vehicles may access the private road leading to the complex from George Washington Memorial Parkway.

You cannot "clearly see" the grounds of the installation from anywhere because the front gate is down a long, two-lane road and there's trees and man-made hills all around the perimeter of it to protect from Sniper fire coming from nearby roads.

This means that the public couldn't just wander by and start snapping pictures by the side of the road. In fact, people aren't even allowed on the private roads nearby the installation.

Both the MV-22 Osprey and Sikorsky CH-53 Super Stallion are loud when they're flying; there would be no sneaking them in.

And it is this component that I followed-up on: Did nearby residents in McLean suddenly notice a large number of loud helicopters overhead, moving toward or from the area of the CIA. The repeated answer to that question has been "Yes."

Many (very many) residents of McLean, VA have confirmed they found themselves hearing large numbers of loud aircraft overhead on Saturday, and that the sounds lasted more then 30 minutes!

As far as a definitive statement from any of my former colleagues . . . . NONE of them would reveal any details about whatever is going on down there. But they did confirm to me today "something is going on."

I expect to have several additional contacts overnight and will again update this story if I am able to offer something more concise and verifiable.

I have now spoken to almost ALL of my former colleagues in the Intelligence Community and here's what took place:



Yes, a group of military aircraft approached and circled the CIA Headquarters in Virginia for upwards of 30 minutes on Saturday. They did NOT land and did NOT enter CIA HQ forcibly - or otherwise.



There is apparently an ongoing and gigantic problem between the Military and the CIA insofar as the Military is engaged in implementing President Trump's policies, while elements within the CIA are still INTENTIONALLY carrying out the failed policies of the Obama regime.



Specifically, these failed Obama-era policies include supplying weapons and logistical support to so-called "freedom fighters" inside Syria , many of whom are actually Al-Nusra, Al-Qaida and ISIS terrorists.



The support being provided by elements in the CIA is being used against certain units of the US Military who are also inside Syria.



The Military has repeatedly and strenuously told the CIA the old Obama policies must stop. The CIA failed to stop.



So someone in the Pentagon/Military . . . . no one will say who . . . made a direct show of force to the CIA on Saturday. It was, for lack of a better description, the sending of a message from the military to the CIA: knock it off.



It was done over a weekend apparently because most of the bigshots in the Pentagon are at home, and by the time they heard something was going on, it was pretty much over . . . . the aircraft returned to wherever they came from.



This is utterly unprecedented. To have one agency of the US Government make a show of force to another entity of that same government is unheard of. It smacks of a sort of internal civil war heating up inside our own government!



Apparently, things are quickly "coming to a head" between competing policies and the military is tired of its people being injured or killed by the unintended consequences of the old policies and the CIA' stubborn refusal to stop backing the so-called "Freedom Fighters" in Syria.



No one will tell me who gave the order to "buzz" CIA HQ. No one will tell me who inside CIA is causing the trouble. But there is trouble . . . and given the activities over the weekend, one can only hope this thing goes away very quickly and quietly.



In the meantime, as far as the public is concerned: "Nothing took place. Everything is fine. Nothing to worry about."

Trump has had quite an extensive military background himself, and the military are primarily who he trusts and who support him. This is discussed in the original MegAnon links from Bill's earlier Post #15 onward in this thread. The takedown/arrests are "pronged" a few different ways;

1) The 4-sides of the "pyramid of Evil" - the first was actually the Rockefeller Cartel, which ended with David Rockefeller's demise in March this year. (It was already well under way before POTUS was sworn in). That left the three remaining sides, namely The House of Saud (completed) with the remaining two of Rothschild & George Soros to go. What I disagree with the author is when he says in the next to last paragraph, "one can only hope this thing goes away very quickly and quietly."
If the marines just 'buzzed' the cia HQ that is like poking a hornet's nest. Isn't it interesting that earlier today Mojo posted a thread saying 'isis' announced they're targeting Barron Trump. For me, I read Isis as CIA, the probable founder of Isis. So the Cia gets buzzed and instead of heeding the warning from the marines they come back more virulent with a message to trump, disguised as Isis, that they'll take out his son.

Same here, I tried to have some friends look into the 4chan world of info, providing some of the bigger topics. Got ridiculed, called crazy conspiracy theorist and more. I didn't agree with one calling me a nutcase. I went head on. Time to break resistance. I challenged him on the spot to investigate and proof the opposite of some of the things that are verifiable. Things got heated I can tell you that. But eventually yesterday evening after a heated day of back and forth, he stepped back acknowledging some things. I felt relieved. I don't like confrontations, but I dislike untruthful/unfair things even more.

I believe this to be absolutely true being an ex-Catholic and would like to share my story.

Catholics have a group of men called "Knights of Columbus" who do good deeds and make breakfast for the Church crowd and such.

When I was indoctrinated at St. Mary's of Corvallis, Or. USA as a first level knight there was a ceremony for me. I was lead blindfolded into a room and the blindfold was removed revealing a completely dark room with dark walls and only candles for light. Everyone wore dark robes and hoods. I was lead to the alter where there was a skull and bones symbol and was told to repeat a chant. I had no idea what I was saying as it was language unfamiliar to me. Afterwards, I was told to never speak of it as it was only for the Knights. My ex wife asked me about it, but I never spoke of it until about 5 years ago to my brother in law who is Catholic.

Drat, Target. I was hoping you'd weigh in on this piece of Alt intrigue and was hoping it would be affirmative. I've been growing cynical since the 4chan / Q hoopla started but I'll confess this was one dangling carrot I wanted to believe a little in. Mainly because I have a personal belief that the military may be the last resistance against a total globalist infiltration.

I like the Abel Danger guys and I don't think they're prone to hyperbole and seem to have some knowledge of aircraft, etc. and they believe this did occur. Not a 'takeover', not a landing but just circling the cia HQ and within 30 min it was over and they were gone. My understanding and I could be wrong is that the CIa property is not in the middle of a residential neighborhood so I wouldn't expect folks coming out and taking pics with their phones. I also don't find it incredible that their arrogance could be offered a message if there is any truth that this presidency has a good relationship with the military.

TargeT: I understand you're locked out of 4-CHAN; Respectfully, several of us here are monitoring the boards regularly. This does appear to be a genuine recently filed case, 11/6/17, in federal court, but it does not have chance of surviving a motion(s) to dismiss.

In short, it will be dismissed on various technical grounds, including that the plaintiff lacks standing, it's not a properly pled class action, and the plaintiff, not being an attorney, cannot re-present a class. He can present himself, but he cannot re-present others who would be the putative class members.

4Chan... This is my first time ever posting here, so forgive me for not knowing kek from cuck. As it stands, I have been following the White Rabbit and the Qanon threads for some time now. While everyone else was focusing on finding answers for Q's q's, I was concerned mostly with who or what Q is. Wild speculation aside, I started digging. Either this guy is a master LARPER or TROLL, or there is a possibility that Q might be an AI utilized by a private AI contractor or cybersecurity firm. There is a problem with this story as I see it. We reset everything, begin all over again, -everything. Over huge swathes of time various species rise to great heights, explore galaxies etc.

One day some of them come upon earth and say "Hey look, here's a planet where we can experiment on the life there, shape it, design it, watch it grow."
"Ermm" says another "I'm getting a bad déjà vu feeling about this."

Or put another way, if someone/something here on Earth has worked out this story as a definitve fact does it not stand to reason that races/species far far advanced would have figured out the same thing some time ago and

I live close to one such location.

I had heard rumours most of my life about an underground facility near me, but didn't truly believe until about a year ago when a funeral home on the rumoured site was rebuilt and they wouldn't bring any of the heavy equipment beyond the borders of the property. From the nearby Tim Hortons drive-thru line you could seen the earth that sunk during construction and one day I saw large areas of exposed metal, later covered with earth/grass once again. The funeral home has four large garage doors on the side of it and yet the funeral homes hearses and other vehicles park in adjacent carports.

Sorry I realize this is off topic but it's where my mind went when trying to make sense of the U of T piece.

After spending many hours of digging over a few days, what I originally thought was a bot turned out to be potentially far more intelligent than expected. Then, a sudden change in typing style and language use and it seemed I was speaking with the bots creator, who indicated that I was speaking to an AI he created named Q or que. When I had a chance, I asked the "AI" where it was and its processing speed. Canada, and 17.59 pflops. This gives the possibility of a military grade private security contractor specializing in AI and cybersec. 1) This would give white hats major edge in getting rid of deep state, one step ahead

3) Canada has dumped massive amounts of money into AI development

I was thinking about what you wrote earlier today, how there are too many coincidences. It could be a group of people + AI = Q. Another idea is we are dealing with a very advanced AI, one that has been present for hundreds of thousands of years, as Stanley suggests. Lucifer/En.ki, whether he uses AI to run the show (program) or is the AI, maybe the coincidences or sychronicities are just part of the program (a computer-like program) that has run many times before ... like we've all done this and reached this point before -- the loop. Yes, that is a great point. I think the entire Q movement created a wave of energy that may have affected people who have no idea what Q is -- never read or heard anything about it. It affected me. It made me dig deeper into topics that previously I knew little about, and it had almost my complete focus for several weeks. You too!
