Daytime flash similar to night vision flash

Always like to find comparisons and this one jumped out at me. Around 1:32 nice clear image of the flash. Interesting the eyewitness says the same thing about the UFO intelligence reason for flashing which is to be seen.

The same thing happened here in Oregon on a few occasions and caught the flashes in night vision. Always believed the sphere flashing was fairly close above although it is small. The reason for this was almost capturing a stationary sphere that took off extremely fast which would have been an amazing capture. I was seconds from the night vision being on it before it took off..

Here in South London I have/do see the same, both day and night.

I remember on nice on that moved across the sky unseen except for a bright flash every 5 seconds.
Just yesterday I saw something moving across the day sky. It gave little twinkle strengths flashes then a bright sharp flash every 3 seconds or so. It gave the experience of something tumbling across the sky.

I see them every time I look long enough at the night sky. They usually only blink once, sometime twice. IMHO those are reflections of sunlight from satellites.

But the daylight video above is certainly not from a satellite reflection.
