'Senators are pushing to reauthorize some of the US Intelligence agencies’ most
sweeping and controversial spying abilities exposed by whistleblower Edward
Snowden with some token ‘improvements’ as privacy advocates are already crying foul.

Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) introduced the
Liberty Act bill which will reauthorize the controversial Section 702 of the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act. This gives US intelligence agencies permission to spy
on and store internet metadata and communications of foreign people living outside
the US, along with communications of US citizens which get “swept up” in the data
collection. This data can then be searched at a later date without a warrant.

The authorization for the George W Bush-era program is set to expire on December
31 if Congress doesn’t renew it. The Liberty Act would extend Section 702 for six years,
with a number of small improvements.

The bill will “enhance accountability, and increase protections for queries of Section 702
metadata, among other important reforms,” the senators said.'

There's no doubt that Google in particular is under threat of being deemed a utility company in the USA if it does not tow the line and do what the Deep State tells it to do. However, I also believe that Eric Schmidt is a willing participant and a controlled asset. One of his ex girlfriends was Lisa Shields who at the time was the Council on Foreign Relations Communications VP. I'm not sure if it was Shields, but another of his girlfriends worked at the State Department. So there's little doubt that the Deep State keeps him on a very short leash.

I'm sure David Icke covers all this in his new book.

There is a push by some officials and lawmakers to postpone the vote to "allow enough time for a proper investigation to be launched into the recent scandal involving a surge of fake comments in favor of the repeal," Futurism reported today in an article titled Guardians of the Future: The FCC Commissioner is Working to Delay the Net Neutrality Vote (https://futurism.com/guardians-future-fcc-commissioner-working-delay-net-neutrality-vote/)

As reported by [New York attorney] Schneiderman, a Broadband for the America-funded study found that nearly 8 million comments on the repeal were submitted using either temporary or disposable email addresses, and roughly 10 million used duplicate email and home addresses. These were taken as obvious signs of foul play, which ultimately led Schneiderman to conclude that over 1 million Americans’ identities were used to submit false comments in favor of the repeal. Rachel Shippee, Schneiderman’s office’s assistant press secretary, was among the identities taken, the article states.

Great question, downliner. I got my copy yesterday in the mail and was surprised at the thickness. It was a bit expensive to have it shipped here to the USA, but after starting to read it, I believe it was worth it. Who are the people saying he is a disinformation agent? I believe I have heard this also, but am unsure of the source. Is it mainly because of intuition that people say this, or because they feel anyone with a large following wouldn't be allowed to succeed? It seems that Icke is constantly being thwarted by TPTB, as in when his recent speech at a stadium was canceled at the last minute due to political pressure. Of course, all of that could be a show as well.

When I read his book, much of it rings true, especially the parts about the moon and Saturn. When I started reading that part this morning I had a huge headache, but now the headache is gone. I have been going to bed without a headache, but waking up with one about five out of seven days recently.

To me it seems as if he is squeaking by at the fringe, not being allowed widespread success, which lends credibility to him. The fact that he is not selling this latest book on Amazon, etc. but only selling it directly, is interesting to me. Has he explained the reason for this? The main purpose of a disinformation agent would be to channel otherwise awake and enthusiastic souls into a side channel of dead-ends. Icke does not seem to do this as much as other so-called alternative leaders do. His work seems to encourage empowerment of the individual. I can't see how this would be an advantage to the Powers That Be, which seems to lend further credence to Icke being who he says he is, not a disinfo agent. What do others think?

What a cool story about finding the VHS tapes at the Goodwill! Several years back I sold on Amazon some used copies of his books that I had already read. California used to be trumpeted as the cutting edge of American culture.

It still is, except the culture is now all about censoring free speech.

California Senator Richard Pan, who was behind the infamous 2015 law mandating vaccinations for schoolchildren (SB277), has stepped up to the plate and introduced another bill.

This one would clamp down on criticism of ANY Official Story.

The bill is titled “SB1424 Internet: social media: false information: strategic plan.”

It targets social media based in California. But as you read the bill, you see it appears to define social media as any Internet blog, website, or communication.

SB1424 is brief. Read it:

This bill would require any person who operates a social media, as defined, Internet Web site with a physical presence in California to develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Web site. The bill would require the plan to include, among other things, a plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories, the utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories, providing outreach to social media users, and placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

(a) Any person who operates a social media Internet Web site with physical presence in California shall develop a strategic plan to verify news stories shared on its Internet Web site.

(b) The strategic plan shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following:

(1) A plan to mitigate the spread of false information through news stories.

(2) The utilization of fact-checkers to verify news stories.

(3) Providing outreach to social media users regarding news stories containing false information.

(4) Placing a warning on a news story containing false information.

(c) As used in this section, “social media” means an electronic service or account, or electronic content, including, but not limited to, videos, still photographs, blogs, video blogs, podcasts, instant and text messages, email, online services or accounts, or Internet Web site profiles or locations.

Getting the picture?

It’s a free speech killer.

If it passes, agencies of the California government will develop numerous regulations for enforcement, including penalties for “speech criminals.”

Saying this bill violates the 1st Amendment of the Constitution is a vast understatement. The last time I looked, the Founders mentioned nothing about fact checkers or warnings attached to speech.

“Open borders and a flood of immigration into California are destructive to—wait. My statement has been precluded by warnings and fact-checker overrides…”

Or: “VACCINES ARE DANGEROUS. Ahem, I am making a debatable assertion and I must warn you that official experts strenuously disagree with me, and furthermore, the California Fact Checkers United, a division of Merck-Snopes Thought Police, has determined that my assertion is groundless and harmful to children’s health…”

There needs to be a relentless tsunami of protest in California over this Orwellian bill. I know of a number of Internet news operations in the state. They must jump in and lead the way.

In case you believe there are too many websites and blogs based in California to enforce a new draconian law, let me explain how the game works. Behind closed doors, the state government would decide to focus on a few big issues. For example, gun control, vaccines, and immigration. Enforcement agencies would go after the biggest Internet operations expressing politically unacceptable points of view on those subjects. At first. A spread of smaller operations would feel the heat later.

So-called fact checkers would come from government supported groups who agree with Official Positions. In other words, they wouldn’t be fact checkers at all. They would be prime news fakers.

When it comes to the issue of vaccines, for example, they would cite the notoriously biased “experts” at the Centers for Disease Control, never mentioning that the CDC buys and sells $4 billion of vaccines a year.

If, 10 or 15 years ago, someone told you a bill like SB1424 was going to come before a state legislature for a vote, you would have thought you were listening to a Hollywood pitch for a sci-fi movie script.

But now it’s real. It’s here. Believe it.

You have to admit that State Senator Richard Pan of California might just be the ideal Democratic Party dream choice to take on President Trump in 2020.

When somebody once famously said that “politics is like Hollywood for ugly people” they hadn’t even met Senator Pan. A true Nostradamus.

And as for being fit? Well, he ran away from the questions of Del Bigtree, producer of the film, VAXXED: From Cover-up to Catastrophe, so quickly that he might have set a world record for pharma-financed politicians. And it’s a pretty large field.

And like all good Democrats these days, he knows BETTER THAN YOU DO ABOUT HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.

Now I grew up in California and have nothing but affection for the hippie, Buddhist liberals of my youth. They were full of love and curiosity and wanting to be good to the planet, and it was hard not to be drawn to them. Yes, they could be naive at times, like little children, but they weren’t dangerous. You couldn’t help but love them.

Today’s modern liberals, especially those of the California variety are a whole different ball game. Instead of peace and love there is hate and the black-masked thugs of AntiFa. Maybe I’m getting old, but I don’t recognize these people as liberals, regardless of what they may call themselves.

But back to Senator Pan, the Democratic Dream Candidate to take on President Trump in 2020.

In 2013, Assemblyman Pan, the pharma darling, sponsored Assembly Bill 2109, which provided that if a parent wanted to decline a vaccination for their child they needed to have a conversation with their physician about the decision. I can recall being in the hearing room as then Assemblyman Pan pledged to the world that this was in no way a step towards mandatory vaccination.

Then in 2015, Senator Pan sponsored Senate Bill 277, the mandatory childhood vaccination law, taking away ALL RELIGIOUS AND PHILOSOPHICAL exemptions in California as a condition to attend public school. That’s another distressing trait of modern Democrats. They lie and don’t expect you will remember.

Then there was SB 18 – Richard Pan and Mainland China’s plan for California’s children.

An article in the Sacramento Bee in 2015 listed Senator Pan as the top California legislator in political donations from the pharmaceutical industry, receiving $95,510. (“Drug Companies Donated Millions to California Lawmakers Before Vaccine Debate“, by Jim Miller, Sacramento Bee, June 18, 2015) Second on the list was Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins, coming in at $90,250. The Senate President Pro Tem, Kevin De Leon, came in at sixth place with $56,648 in pharmaceutical industry donations.

Which brings me to the latest madness of Senator Pan, his proposed Senate Bill, 1424, the “On-Line False Information Act“ which would require anybody who posts news on the internet to verify their posted information with “fact-checkers.”

The Democrats need to make Senator Pan their standard-bearer in 2020. If they do, I know the Democrats will accomplish what pretty much every sane person believed could never happen.

Just for fun, why don’t you call his office at (916) 651-4006 and ask if under his proposed legislation, an article claiming the Senator was ugly, cowardly and stupid, would need to be “fact-checked.”

I've been reading (and listening) to Icke for over 20 years now and have always felt he was spot on.

However, there are many of my friends and acquaintances who dismiss him because he brings in the reptilian factor, even though these same people have often never read or listened to him - they just "heard" he's the guy who believes in the reptilians interference in our planet.

I think this video is a good, concise and informative explanation of what's going on in our world (without him mentioning reptilians), so I believe it would be a good one to pass on. And I don't think you have to listen to Part 1, but whatever works for you. But do give it a listen, even if you have already watched much of his stuff. It's good.

Hi Ba-ba-ra I know what you mean anyone with a toe down the rabbit hole
and is open minded will know David has been on the button of geo - political
corruption since the 1990's with experience of local and state media with the

That does not mean he is always right or connected the dots correctly as this is

Cidersomerset, since you live in the UK, I was wondering what the perception of Icke is currently like there. Here in the USA, one will rarely hear him mentioned, and even many of those in the so-called "alternative" community have never heard of him. I have read his story in his books of his fall from grace in terms of popular perception, so I was just wondering if he is still a sort of household name there or if he is just largely ignored like he is here.

As an Ex-Uk resident, I would say David Icke is quite well known, though for all the wrong reasons. People like to make jokes about politicians being "literally lizards" in that context. There is a sustained campaign to try and ban his talks by Jewish advocacy groups, on the basis that his "lizards rule the world" schtick is actually just code for Jews. He has vehemently denied that, but he did reference the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in some of his earlier work.

I don't think he is an anti-semite as such but he certainly isn't a friend of Israel or Jewish Oligarchs and Plutocrats. He isn't afraid to call them out either. I have seen him live a couple of times, including once on Trafalgar Square, where he gave a rousing speech at the Rally against Child Abuse. You can see that he is a great public speaker and has a natural talent for politics and TV. No wonder he went into both in his earlier career.

His best work, I think, is in exposing political paedophilia and ritual child abuse, as well as the nature of reality. He really did some excellent research there. Some of his other work though is highly dubious, especially about the royal family being shape-shifting lizards. I think that is really quite ridiculous. Not that reptilians don't exist in some form, somewhere, probably on this planet, they might, but to then jump to the royals are flesh-eating lizards that can change their shape between human and reptile, well, I think that's a bit of stretch and unsupported by any evidence.

He is a well known figure to many and it depends , if you just follow the
mainstream he is an ex sports personality/commentator , politician who had
some sort of breakdown on the Wogan TV show in the early 1990's and thinks
the Royal family are lizard people etc...

If you are open minded or follow the alternate community he is a trail blazing
prophet who has/is exposing the elites , NWO order & much more simultaneously
being at the forefront of research and dot connecting for three decades....

Its difficult to know his exact status now, he has been filling large halls and small
arenas for the past decade and his message is certainly out there on the web. Many
of his predictions have come to pass and he is still very active.But you rarely see
him on the mainstream so he is classed as a cult figure I suppose. Still I enjoy his
work and I do not agree with all his conclusions but find them always thought
provoking.....

I had a very brief email conversation with David years ago about the shape-shifting reptilian issue.
I told him I thought most of his info was great and I supported him but for the shape-shifting thing, and said I thought he was making it more difficult to get the truth out because of that preposterous sounding info, and that it was self-defeating to him and his work as well.
He said he never would have gone public with it if it hadn't been for the fact that so many people told him they had seen the same thing, and he felt a moral obligation to reveal it.
My theory is that it may be due to the fact that awakening people are better able to see inter-dimensionally, and so what they are seeing is not in the physical realm, but they don't yet understand the difference.

As an Ex-Uk resident, I would say David Icke is quite well known, though for all the wrong reasons. People like to make jokes about politicians being "literally lizards" in that context. There is a sustained campaign to try and ban his talks by Jewish advocacy groups, on the basis that his "lizards rule the world" schtick is actually just code for Jews. He has vehemently denied that, but he did reference the Protocols of the Elders of Zion in some of his earlier work.

I don't think he is an anti-semite as such but he certainly isn't a friend of Israel or Jewish Oligarchs and Plutocrats. He isn't afraid to call them out either. I have seen him live a couple of times, including once on Trafalgar Square, where he gave a rousing speech at the Rally against Child Abuse. You can see that he is a great public speaker and has a natural talent for politics and TV. No wonder he went into both in his earlier career.

His best work, I think, is in exposing political paedophilia and ritual child abuse, as well as the nature of reality. He really did some excellent research there. Some of his other work though is highly dubious, especially about the royal family being shape-shifting lizards. I think that is really quite ridiculous. Not that reptilians don't exist in some form, somewhere, probably on this planet, they might, but to then jump to the royals are flesh-eating lizards that can change their shape between human and reptile, well, I think that's a bit of stretch and unsupported by any evidence.

This is an interesting exchange that you had with him. There are so many explanations of the current situation on Earth, but if one doesn't take each one literally, they all are telling similar stories. If we think of each one as a myth of sorts, explaining some aspect of our reality, it is easier to receive a clear picture. Our language is limited, so of course no one source will have all of the answers.

I think it is a good thing that David Icke put out the reptilian shape-shifting idea. That idea has become more mainstream, even though Icke himself perhaps has not. It's another way to think of those in power, even if it isn't literally accurate (which it may or may not be--I don't have enough evidence to state declaratively). It is obvious that there is some fundamental difference among certain people who call themselves humans. Reptilian shape-shifting is one possible explanation for this difference.

Thanks to those who answered my question regarding the current public perception of Icke in the UK. Foxie Loxie, I have read multiple versions and seen multiple videos of his story of his original shift in consciousness, and I agree with you that it is a fabulous and inspiring story. That is one reason why I ask the question. It seems quite rare for a celebrity to make a true shift in consciousness. Many of them seem to shift in only cosmetic ways, i.e. Jim Carrey, Russell Brand, etc. They don't seem to come up with a coherent new paradigm like Icke did.

Funny you should say that, because I also had a brief email exchange with him. I don't actually think that shapeshifting is impossible, if you accept the Holographic model of the universe, which basically says that we all live in a giant version of Star Trek's Holodeck. Then it's actually a doddle.

But you may be right, shapeshifting might just be someone being more sensitive to the astral realm and suddenly seeing the overshadowing entity, instead of the possessed human.

My four-year-old brought me this book from the shelf last week after I finished another book and was looking for something else to read. I had put it down a while back, but picked up where my bookmark was. Wow! I have read some of Icke's other books and thought this one was similar, but it was one of those situations where the information coincided perfectly with the inner work I have been doing all summer. This section above about the heart-brain truly resonated. It has come to me recently that I need to lead with the heart and intuition more, and then let the brain be used as a tool for that leading, rather than being led by the intellectual brain.

Also, Icke talks about the Electric Universe theory, which I have also been researching since meeting a random person at a music festival campfire in June who told me all about it.

Another serendipity was the discussion on Rudolph Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education (p. 80). When I first started child-rearing over twenty years ago, I researched and used the Waldorf philosophy. I had forgotten that Steiner was so cosmic in his outlook, discussing energy vampires feeding on fear, etc. I have been looking for new inspiration for the coming year of homeschooling, and this helped me to return to my roots, so to speak. It's exactly what I needed at the current time, as part of the Waldorf philosophy is making use of what you already have and finding inspiration within the unique child whom you are teaching.

There was some energetic interference, trying to sabotage me, and at some point David as well, as I sensed it (only just a little bit fortunately where he seemed to lose his focus for a few seconds, barely noticable, and I think he is very well trained dealing with this). You know when someone is the real deal when some low frequency energies try to interfere, that did not happen in previous interviews with other guests.

There was a moment when I completely lost my train of thought, which I edited out of course to keep the flow going, but it was obvious that some ‘forces’ didn’t like this conversation to take place. The night before I had a very, very dark dream (I rarely have dark dreams), and I needed at least 30 minutes of staying awake at night to get out of this low frequency and sleep peacefully. Anyway, ‘they‘ lost, it turned out just fine. We were both in good spirit.
