Tesla’s “Earthquake Machine” Is Weaponized

I awoke the other morning with a concept new to me. I am not sure if I can call this a dream because there was no action, no scenery, no drama, but simply a new knowledge.

I became aware then that the terrible weapon that had been planned to be used to wreak tremendous damage upon Japan in 2018 was controlled by the Bush family - currently under the control of H W Bush. It was to be used to extort even greater riches from that island nation. It seems that it is in the Bush family’s interest to wait another year. The weapon had been tested on a smaller scale in Haiti in 2010. I had become aware of this machine in 2014, but had been wrong about who 'owned' it.

This is the tectonic plate directed resonance weapon that I have previously written about (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?72330-Tectonic-Plate-Directed-Resonance-Weapon-Changes-The-Earth-In-2020). It is a weaponized version of Nikola Tesla’s telegeodynamic oscillator. I have no ‘hands on’ experience of this weapon - simply know that it exists under high security wraps. As far as a resonance effect goes, it only can release an earthquake when there is already enough accumulated stress energy ready to give way... so that directly points to active fault zones and subduction zones like the ones found around the Pacific Rim or places like Indonesia or along Cuba...

... which makes me think of those "Sonic Waves" (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?99529-U.S.-Diplomats-suffer-brain-injuries-from-acoustic-attacks&p=1176213&viewfull=1#post1176213) affecting some buildings in Cuba and their alleged related sicknesses. The 3/11 tsunami at Fukishima Daiichi is said to have occurred due to nuclear detonation offshore.
Makes one wonder if the "earthquake machine" had something to do with it as well?

Could it bee those *booms* people are hearing world wide? The plates grinding up against each other?
That depends if these sonic booms are correlated to local earthquakes verified by seismograms.

I heard one of those "Boom!" accompanied by windows rattling and rumbling sounds. At first I thought of an earthquake, but without the ground swaying back and forth, I then thought it was some crazy jet fighter going through the sound barrier or of a meteoroid that came close... that's because the area I currently live in is not subject to earthquakes.

Accordingly, I was astonished to find the above phenomena as being byproducts of a close-by earthquake!

In Edgar Cayce's prophecies about the earth having a shifting of the axis, his prophecies always stated that this would occur as the world was engaged in World War III.
This is very telling.
World War III is first because it will be the ushering in the use of advanced weapons that have for the most part not been used yet.
I'm of the opinion that World War III will see a full scale abuse of earth quake weaponry, and that this will cause Edgar Cayce's "shifting of the axis" prophecy to come true.
Just my opinion.

If there is to be a World War III, it is because TPTB have had their way. This is a major goal in their plan, and they will unleash advanced, terrible, new weapons upon us during that war. The weaponized earthquake machine is one such weapon. On the other hand, if it should be that TPTB in every way become TPTW, it will only be after they have unleashed those same new weapons upon us in a last ditch effort to succeed. They do not care who gets hurt in the process.

Either outcome will become clear only after much death and suffering has past. I am afraid that we are just in the opening volleys that are now clouding all of our senses attempting to see into the future.
