Sunday Weekly Global Meditation

This thread presents an invitation to participate in inner activism.

We are going to begin an intentional meditation group on Sundays for 15 minutes +centering preparation time, and closing time with gratitude and surrender (or letting go)

11:00 a.m. Pacific time in the USA. (Michelle Marie-had facilitated groups in this process before)
7:00 p.m. In Switzerland. (Omi-original idea to form a meditation group-Thx!)

Together we will decide upon three intentions for each Sunday.

Each person will center before 11:00, 7:00, or whatever starting time is in your time zone.
During centering, we will express gratitude for what we already have, and love for (?) you choose.
LOVE & GRATITUDE heart centered awareness.

Then, we will envision each intention, in consecutive order, for 5 minutes each.

At the end of the 15 minutes, we will close in the spirit of gratitude and reverence, then surrender, or let go. Then take just a moment to go into conscious observer mode. In a state of neutrality, notice what you notice.

Some may wish to reflect or write impressions received or note anything about the experience, but that's optional.

We are going to begin this Sunday, January 14, 2018.

If you would like to participate, just say you're in.
Then, we can discuss which 3 intentions to focus on.

With focused shared intent, we have the exponential power to take positive action from the realm of cause. We have plenty of awareness from the realm of "effects" to lift our visions while in high vibrations to produce reliable results.

We can solve individual's problems or challenges, or we can focus on global challenges. We can choose a combination.

*Another optional element is calibration to Universal Order. You can intend that you are in harmony with the Universe, surrender to God's will, or just align with truth of your inner being/God spark/conscience. Do this at the beginning while centering, if you choose.

We're open to taking more ideas at any time. Requests and suggestions for the intentions are always welcome.

Priority would go to what's in higher demand, then what's brought more attention to at the moment for each meditation.

1) saw Angels with vacuum cleaner sucking out all of the pollutants from air, water, plants, etc. - Christine
1) saw clean pure, fresh air with clear skies everywhere. Violet flame transmutation purification in the water. --Michelle
Saw soil restored. People planting gardens-abundance. Heard: " And the meek shall inherit the Earth". Warm feeling

2) saw light radiating from each heart creating a protective shield. Whole planet radiating light creating a protective shield. Transmutation of energies, purification. Michelle

3) felt super heart feeling. Calm. Cool. Peaceful. Very strong. Michelle

After...felt strong spiritual vibration. Tingles inside legss especially.

One other thing I've done in groups, ask an emotion-evoking question. I'll add that some time. We don't have to share answers(but we can later if we wish), we just need to stir up the heart energy that will be the energy used to fulfill the purpose of the intention.

I visualize a symbol over earth that works like a vacuum cleaner to suck out negative energies from the air, water, plants, etc. I'm glad to hear that Christine could see and experience this.

I also saw light being created as a protective shield around the earth too.

Felt very warm, peaceful, loving energies. Tingles in my hands, expanding and shining out light from the heart.

Maybe one could be health and prosperity for everyone on Project Avalon. We can imagine showers of money for each one, posts and reports of miraculous healings and financial blessings. These are two areas that all could benefit from.

If they think 5G is strong...wait until our power for good takes form!!!

I saw that you have your location set as Colorado below your avatar, so I'd assumed you'd be in Mountain Standard Time. Sorry about the confusion, I hope we're clear with the right times now..!

So the intentions for the next time on the 21st of January, abundance in health and wealth sounds good.
I was thinking maybe they could count them as 2 separate intentions instead of combining them?
Another one could be for pets and animals, especially the endangered species.

Originally, (see post #1) I had agreed to do it 11:00 my time, Pacific time. I'm going to stick to that today, because I just now received this message as I have been in a very long meditation and blissful reverie this morning.

But like I said, time does not matter! It's in the non local that intentions manifest anyway. No time no space.

I agree, time won't really matter, as long as we're directing our intentions for the same occasion and purpose.
But I wonder how flexible we can be about time and space when we organize a global meditation..?

I don't think I mentioned anymore about you being in Mountain time in my last post.
GMT is Greenwich Mean Time btw.
You sound a bit confused.. I hope time zones and differences will get a bit more clear for you, as we do still live in a world governed by time.

Recognizing and distinguishing the truths from the illusions is so important and necessary, thank you for this.


It was so beautiful to experience the meditation for this round.
I have to be honest, I was so tired from a very busy weekend, I was dozing off..

Again a great session.

I think sharing brings a bit of self discipline into it- one holds the feelings and images because we are working together.

I have wondered how this works, and tried different things in the past. Considering a kind of 'wizarding' approach i was thinking about literally asking entities to go out and do specific things. Decided this was not the right way. After all in the affairs of humans there are no karmically 'clean actions' , for example Martin Luther, driven by his own desire to improve things and protest against Church corruption etc, expressed his objections. This is great, progress etc, but it also ushered in an epic era of bloodshed and oppression due to the schism. Does that mean he was wrong, or his actions were the wrong way to go? No. Maybe not when meditating!

In my shamanic practise we have occasionally been called to focus on specifics, when that heppens it is coming from a very high place and wholesome intention.

If one wants to dabble in sending out such requests to the universe, one should do so under the 'law of grace' whereby Karma does not come back if there is a dark facet to the events one is trying to manifest.

What I felt about group meditation was different. It was visualisation. so not getting involved in the nuts and bolts of how a particular outcome would be created. Rather by visualising the outcome, as a beautiful peaceful thing, one is asking the hologram, or universal matrix to change in that direction. This felt right.

After all, we as part of universal mind can tell reality to change.

Consciousness Technology -- MM Success Story #2

Well put. I imagine conveying the essence of the intention through images and feelings. Gratitude knowing the highest outcome will occur in divine order. (Letting go...)

One time I was using visualization to retrieve a lost valuable item. (It was a thumb drive lanyard with a fold over pouch for two thumb drives. I had a lot of my writing backed up on them.). This has always worked reliably for me. I would imagine I had it back, imagined feeling it in my hands. It had a blue mesh covering that I saw and felt. After 3 or 4 months it had not been found. Well, I KNEW this process worked, so I went back to the drawing board...

I sat down and did the letting go process (surrender). I just said within myself: "If I never find it, it will be all right. My life will go on. I can manage with the electronic data I have on my devices and other backup data storage systems."

That night, when I went to teach at the community college, a situation came up and I went into an auxiliary lab room. A file drawer was open. What did I see? My thumb drive lanyard!

I was SO happy. :bounce:

I then understood the importance of letting go, or surrender. :dancing: :)

Thank you Baby Steps and Michelle Marie for sharing your thoughts and experiences.

I agree that our minds can change the reality, we are creative beings with our consciousness.

And I resonate very much with the intentions of letting go and surrendering.

We don't have to let go of everything, but keeping the positive and letting go of the negative - fears, worries, stress, hatred, anger, sorrows, etc.

Allow ourselves to receive more joy, happiness, peace, and love from the world. There truly is so much love everywhere around and within us.


For our next meditation, I wanted to make a request to give prayers for Michelle Marie's father. I was infromed by her that he's recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

I've heard of many cases where this has been cured, including a good friend's mother from stage 4 ovarian cancer. Healing really can happen, and I'm sure that many Avalonians and guests understand this.

Nothing is impossible.
And our intentions are more powerful than we realize.

It's within our nature as humans to give help, care and support for one anoter, and what's more helpful is to direct them in a posiitive way, with more compassion.

There's still room for two more intentions for the meditation, so it's open for more requests.
But personally I might need the whole 15 minutes (or even more, if time allows) to send healing prayers to Michele Marie's father.


And about tIme..

I think it's important that everyone around the globe bring their positive intentions for the meditation at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME.
This means we would consider time differences, and calculate Sunday 18:00 Greenwich Standard Time into our local time zone.

I emphasise this (I don't really like to use all caps, it looks a bit agressive to me but felt the need), because it does make a huge difference in how powerful the effect of it becomes.

I also understand to be the truth that intentions can be sent out at other times and still be combined for the same occasion, because time and space do not matter in the astral planes.

So if people are aware of this, know how to direct their intentions, and if it's more convenient for their schedule, by all means please do so.

It is my dad's wish to go to my niece's wedding at the end of March. I'm driving to Arizona and picking up my mom & dad at the airport and staying at the hotel where my brother reserved a block of rooms. The wedding is 3/31. The next day is Easter. We will also be visiting my aunt and cousins who live in Arizona.

I would like to see that trip happen as planned. My dad really, really wants to go.

I really appreciate the prayer/intention/visioning support.

One other story...

I moved to the Pacific Northwest and I bought a place contingent on my house selling. It was arranged that I could rent my new place until my house sold. I really needed my house to sell.

A friend agreed to do a visioning with me. He was on the east coast. We determined the time and did the visioning. We spoke when we were done and expressed our visioning experience.

I got 3 offers over the next 4 days! My house sold to one of them. :)

Gaia is suffering, poisoned, poked, seeing the die-off, etc. She is a spirit, and linked to the human collective spirit. Our stresses stress her out too! Can we send calm to both? to the whole system?

* release from sexual predators and ritual abuse situations
* free them from vaccines
* free them from pharmaceuticals (hallucinogens such as Tamiflu, psychotropic drugs, etc)
* provide them with safety, nurturing, good nutrition, loving care

* heal and restore the ones who have been victimized

#2) Gaia and Human spirit connection:
* Healing and balance for Mother Earth-Gaia
* Restore spiritual connections with human souls
* Attune frequencies and vibrations to harmonize and balance health of both humans and planet

About my Dad...

Just got oncology report on the biopsy today. The cancer began in his intestines. It is slow growing. No treatment! Honoring the quality of life. Generally, 1 year or more.

I sent my parents videos about healing with sodium bicarbonate and my sister has advised him to take Vitamin C.

All is well.

I will be seeing him in March at the wedding.

Oh, yes! That was part of my visioning process. It can't not come true as this is a scientific process that ensures reliable results.

Divine timing will determine WHEN this will happen, but it WILL happen!

My personal energy field is set to be receptive and I am remaining in gratitude.

2) North Koreans -- Release them from suffering, fear, and oppression. Ok, again...WOW!

I focused on each part of every intention. I remained in gratitude as I envisioned the results of these intentions. During the last one I was inspired to use the power of the spoken word. I remembered to let go, to become the observer of energy, and to trust the process. Thank you all for your participation. :heart: :flower:

I really am feeling a deep sense of gratitude for all of the people who are making a positive difference in our world.

The Navy Seals came to mind, and I send them love and gratitude. I thought of everyday people of all kinds from all around the world who are doing what they can to help others--to help make the world a better place according to their own abilities. I thought of the veterans who are rescuing children from child trafficking imprisonment situations. There are a lot of details I don't know, but I do know there is a lot going on on the positive side of Life.

Many people are praying, meditating, and/or visualizing to put their life energy towards making positive changes, including our group here. I am certain we will see results manifested. I am certain that we are using our consciousness to be at the cause of what happens, rather than at the effect. I am certain this is what the deceptive powers that thought they were would have liked to avoid--our awakening and empowerment.

It is fun to be fanciful when we imagine. I learned some things when I took the Matrix Energetics classes with Richard Bartlett.

Today, towards the end of the session, I saw God & the Angels cleaning house over the whole globe. I saw a combo of Archangel Michael and Mighty Mouse coming to save the day. I saw the end result of a peaceful planet of freedom, abundance, and joy for all. There is no time in the Eternal Moment of Now. So I know that this manifestation will present itself in physical reality.

Eliminate harmful radiation with reciprocal frequencies that cancel them out. Good morning! ...or evening! Good moment! :sun:

I went right from my usual morning meditation into this intentional visioning meditation. I was already in a deep sacred space, so it was an easy natural flow.

When I do this, I always start off in gratitude, knowing that our prayers and intentions are answered, or manifested before we even complete the process. Faster than the speed of light! :star:

Then I focus on each line of the 3 main intentions. I see the light in the vision according to the words. Sometimes things come to me as metaphors for the essence of the intention. For example, when I was visioning the intention for transparency, during the part about making channels to broadcast the truth globally, I saw a mockingbird being slain. That would represent the annihilation of deceptive media practices.

Certainly the deep feelings of compassion for humanity, for those who have suffered from targeting, for those who have suffered from the flu, and for those who have self-deceived or who have been deceived transmutes the energy. I know many people around the world have similar intentions. This adds exponential power.

I hope all those that participate in these meditations have received my love and gratitude. :heart:

Just some ideas for Sunday.

1. The sweet child I recently met. Sick, & with mild autism & delayed speech. In a way the difficulties that this child experiences allowed the God-spark to shine through. Sincerity Love and innocence. I wish to send love to him and all the other kids struggling with this reality.
2. Waters of the world. They are programmable, and vital. But being contaminated both physically and spiritually. Let's send healing!
3. I personally am possibly at a career fork/opportunity/challenge. Would be grateful for assistance to make a good decision, to succeed, transform and move forward.

ADDITION: some extra Sensory applications....smell roses. Either purely imaginary, or get some rose mist, or something that brings the essence of Roses into your inner awareness. If you have a connection to Mother Mary, feel her essence, her presence and send her love and gratitude. She LOVES the children!!!

Extra Sensory for Baby Steps new career opportunity...feel the joy of receiving news of a great opportunity. Remember one from your past to elicit this feeling. Focus on it. Amplify it.

At the end of the intentional visioning/meditation, sit in silence and notice what you notice. Make a note of anything that you spontaneously "get" in your awareness as you take a moment to be still, silent, neutral and just observing the energy.

It's hard to describe this energy I feel, but I can say, there's a LOT of it. Vibrational something ... Strong essence.

My hands feel super energized. I was holding them over a glass of water as I was visioning these intentions.

For the rose smell/essence, I used some rose scented hand lotion. I communed with Mother Mary; acknowledged her presence, and prayed for the children's soul spark to effect powerful healing. And thanks to Omi, I prayed for the parents as well. I thanked God for all the gifts that come with the experience of autism and the ability to raise up the experience to perfection with the all-powerful healing power of deep love and compassion. :heart:

Water is so refreshing, it was easy to imagine sparkly white light purifying all waters of the world and thanking God for its inherent purifying powers and powers to heal and clean and refresh. I also combined these waters with the children with autism, intending that whenever they drink, bathe, or swim, they receive the healing energies. :sun:

I imagined Baby Steps already working in his new job, feeling great, and getting paid well. I saw him post in this thread how much she loves her job! He feels really good while he is at work; I saw the essence of nature and plants--a beautiful environment to work in. There is also much love, harmony, and cooperation among baby steps and his fellow workers. I knew this job was divinely inspired and in direct resonance with her talents and skills and interests because it's a part of his soul's blueprint to experience this setting at this time. Congratulations, Baby Steps! It will come about totally in the flow with no effort. Just follow the signs of synchronicity. :)

Apologies (if needed!) for jumping in to the thread to make a comment, which some may find interesting or helpful. I've done a little of this kind of thing myself, and of course, if co-ordinated and synchronized with others, the effect can absolutely be amplified.

The kind of supportive energetic action I wanted to suggest was that of finding someone who's just on the edge of something, but maybe lacks quite enough courage to make an important personal decision.

This is exactly the kind of circumstance where a tiny, encouraging energetic 'push' makes ALL the difference, because something then tips completely, and can have a HUGE knock-on effect.

I've had personal experience of this, and it's very, very powerful. Just one person, in the right situation, at the right time, with the right leverage or opportunity to influence or intervene, can then change EVERYTHING.

The person who's the focus of the intentional meditation might be on the verge of DOING something, or NOT DOING something.

Or the 1989 Tiananmen Square 'Tank Man'. He did something quite extraordinary, to inspire millions to this day. He made a personal decision to do that: a supreme, iconic act of courage. And his identity was never known.

Apologies (if needed!) for jumping in to the thread to make a comment, which some may find interesting or helpful. I've done a little of this kind of thing myself, and of course, if co-ordinated and synchronized with others, the effect can absolutely be amplified.

The kind of supportive energetic action I wanted to suggest was that of finding someone who's just on the edge of something, but maybe lacks quite enough courage to make an important personal decision.

This is exactly the kind of circumstance where a tiny, encouraging energetic 'push' makes ALL the difference, because something then tips completely, and can have a HUGE knock-on effect.

I've had personal experience of this, and it's very, very powerful. Just one person, in the right situation, at the right time, with the right leverage or opportunity to influence or intervene, can then change EVERYTHING.

The person who's the focus of the intentional meditation might be on the verge of DOING something, or NOT DOING something.

Well, if I was focusing on the YouTube censorship issue, I'd 'look' for someone (telepathically, that is) who was very senior in the organization but who was an ethical person and was profoundly unhappy about what was happening.

And then 'encourage' him to speak out about it, maybe doing something like quitting his job and then doing a live media presentation about the entire situation.

One could even encourage his wife/partner and/or colleagues to support him in taking that big step, too. (It would depend how private he or she was. Some people talk dilemmas through with close trusted friends. Others keep things entirely to themselves, simply so that no others can be implicated, blamed, or punished.)

That's just one person waking up one morning to make a critical, tipping-point, life decision, and then causing a tsunami of domino effects afterwards.



Note: the best time to do a session on/with someone who's in a profound state of indecision may well be when they're asleep. (But not always, though! It depends what aspect of them you can access. If you can reach their Higher Self, which is also possible, then any time will do. The Higher Self never actually sleeps. :) )
And: the same for Facebook and Twitter, of course. And Google, which owns YouTube now, OMG. Some ex-Facebook execs have already spoken out about what was really happening behind the scenes when Facebook was in its early years.

The more one thinks about this, the more kinds of possible 'targets' there are. Really. Politics, the military, the media, large corporations, the intel agencies, the black ops world... a LOT of those folks are very ethical people who are living under some form of implied threat 24/7.

Another anecdote, a true story.

I heard from an Avalon member once of one man (her husband, who had been in an elite group of US Special Forces), who'd been tasked with a one-man assassination mission: a particular politician in another country.

He reached the man, in person, and in private. And then, rather than killing him, started talking to him. He discovered that the target politician was a good man, sincerely trying to do the very best for his people. So he thanked him, walked away, and didn't harm a hair on his head.

The soldier was later summoned before a very high authority to account for why he'd disobeyed his orders. He stood firm, and simply stated his piece.

That's the kind of person we want defending the honor of any nation — or any corporation. And they really DO exist.

I'd like to propose an intention that promotes independent thinking; that releases people from programming, brainwashing, and mind control. Some of the brainwashing leads people to group think which falsely makes them feel like they "belong" in a group, but love-based groups in families and communities could sprout to make deeper, truly fulfilling connections while people remain individually unique and authentic. So to add to the intention, I'd like to see communities of independent thinkers come together that are centered in values of truth, love, and peace that provide a sense of belonging and security.

I sense this is in the works, so adding energy to its momentum would employ the principle Bill mentioned. We could see people who are about to invest their energy in community support being guided to awaken others and provide a sense of family. We would be giving our energetic support to many; directly toward the ones ready to make such decisions, and indirectly to others by virtue of the people who they would then affect.

I'm on that threshold, myself. There are many possibilities in what I have to offer and I'm going to begin to do more groups. I'm not sure which of the possibilities I will choose, though, other than the 3 I already have scheduled.

Imagine that all that is left is our true essence of pure love, clear intuitive intelligence, deep lasting peace, joy beyond imagination, abundance, creative expressions, a feeling of connection and family with everyone. Send a blanket of love and forgiveness around the world. Hold all in our hearts with love, and concentrate with an extended focus on this feeling of love. This is True Self love; Whole Self love; and love that heals EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, ALL-inclusive. :flower:

Our intention is to experience THE BEST POSSIBLE FUTURE (in the NOW) that we could ever imagine...and MORE!

2) Let's apply Bill's idea to number two. Let's ask while we are meditating "Who needs an extra 'push' or 'puff of 'energy' to make that right decision that would really benefit a large group (or all) of humanity?" Send waves of heart energy: radiate the highest frequency of love and imagine guides giving this person clear guidance based on highest moral and ethical standards while boosting this person with courage and strength. We could start with the CEO of YouTube, then let our intuition guide us from there. :sun:

3) For the last one, let's imagine that every soul awakens within this ocean of intelligent love, and innovative solutions, healings, and all dualities get reconciled and while the Oneness of the Whole is recognized, it makes a remarkable transformation to perfection. Since the layers of filters and programming have been lifted; the original blueprints for perfection are realized in consciousness and on the material plane of physical existence. Let a tsunami of light awaken all as divisive filters and distorted perceptions are dissolved and vibrations are lifted. Let's feel this in our body and ask for help from the unseen realms. Let our bodies represent Earth and all her inhabitants, and in the end shine love to all the universe. :star:

What a gigantic transformation! :sun:

There was like a kaleidoscope of ideas as if there was this invitation sent out and people were rushing in to accept. Rapid healing and transformation! I felt the energy of people waking up and turning around during the ho'oponopono. Lots of people and organizations having to do with Pharmacuetical drugs and vaccines. Then the people that had to do with prison labor. Then a lot that had to do with abuse of power. The CDC, regulatory agencies, congress, doctors and nurses, etc.
Prison guards, and all the people that have to do with slave labor...some were so fast, I don't remember all the details, but I'm certain there were a lot of "takers" to come and receive forgiveness who are ready to turn around and walk in the light of truth. Programming dissolved. New light shining in all of humanity making the conscience clear and readying each soul to manifest the perfect design instead of distorted mindsets based on old filters and belief programming. When I was asking for who needs a push or puff for #2, I got the name Larry. I didn't know which one, so I did all the Larrys in the world. I have a friend that passed recently named Larry, so it could have been him saying "hi!" And helping with the visioning. I imagined all the people that had to do with YouTube and Internet censorship to Internet rights. More ho'oponopono came through to transform stuck energy. I imagined those rocks from Bill's picture to capture the essence of someone on the edge of an important decision. I saw all resistance clear, and I sent strength and courage as well as clear guidance, or intuitive knowing, to the person's energy field. :sun: I emphasized ethics and morality. I saw clear connections to intuitive guidance.

I had asked for help from unseen realms. When I was almost done,*** I felt something touch my arm!*** I opened my eyes and looked at my arm, but I knew it was just a strong sensation. Energy. Deliberate. Signal. :star:

I imagined the tsunami of light energy rotating around the globe, over and over. Clearing energies of humanity, getting rid of old programs, dissolving perceived divisions.

And of course I began with the 5 minutes of gratitude and completed the process with deep gratitude and faith that this work was complete. I used the words: comprehensive, complete, and permanent.

I am grateful that we have a rhythmic routine...same time every week. That is an element that increases the power and momentum of this energy work.

I think we should never forget what kind of potential dangers nuclear power can possess and we should focus and visualize a better outcome regarding the future when it comes to the such power sources and their use. 1) Prayers and Healing Love Energy to the victims of the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster. Use of Power sources using the highest wisdom and integrity of purpose and design. Complete use of safe and free energy. Widespread global availability of free energy. All suppressed technologies regarding free energy open source, available and provided to all people with appropriate technologies delivered that are most fitted to each location and needs meeting specific requirements. Get the feeling of healing, wholeness, relief, comfort, like a burden has been lifted, happiness, freedom, and joy. Each one enveloped in love and comfort. Finally, free clean safe energy to all! :flower:

2) Break up conglomerate interests (YouTube, Google, social media, mainstream media) and "splinter the C.I.A. in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds". Let's see these all connected as a spider web and blow it away! Keep blowing until there is not one connection or even the existence of such entities that are not aligned with truth and goodwill toward all. See model companies of media and communities that are ethical with the highest integrity taking their place. See that the rights of individuals are realities in every day experience around the world. Destruction of the old is necessary to make way for the new.

Whatever is based on secrets, lies, deceit, harmfulness, selfishness, murder, war, and destruction MUST GO! It's demise is imminent. I have a deep feeling, and once a strong premonition, that these stubborn masses are going to have a rude awakening. I felt the tears of compassion, but more and more I see the purpose of it, and the necessity. Our intention is to see people becoming aware of the corruption in governments around the world! And let us see who the infiltrators are and what their nefarious agendas are. Let us stop them at once!

This whole thing feels so HUGE to me. I have to keep developing deep faith and continue to play my little part. There are many people playing their part for good, and it really is quite powerful all added up.

Another intention towards waking up the masses: One very large aspect of that would be for the media to be taken over and dedicated to truth--the whole truth. We have to believe in miracles for that! But miracles DO happen! And we can usher in a whole stream of miracles together.

Absolutely, the new requirement is that ONLY people that are honest, have integrity, morals, and ethics can hold positions of power. People who have the goodwill toward the people and love in their hearts. We can project our will with power! That's what most honest, sane, loving, peaceful people want in this world. If they don't measure up, they are ousted or step down. I do believe that is already happening, and our energized intention will speed up the process.

It's demise is imminent. Our intention is to see people becoming aware of the corruption in governments around the world! And let us see who the infiltrators are and what their nefarious agendas are. Let us stop them at once!

Another intention towards waking up the masses: One very large aspect of that would be for the media to be taken over and dedicated to truth--the whole truth. As the corrupt officials from the regulatory agencies have been ousted, the new laws only allow truth, honest investigation results, and free speech in the media. It is open to hear authentic viewpoints and original discoveries. All suppressed information comes out NOW! Absolutely, the new requirement is that ONLY people that are honest, have integrity, morals, and ethics can hold positions of power. People who have the goodwill toward the people and love in their hearts. We can project our will with power! That's what most honest, sane, loving, peaceful people want in this world. If they don't measure up, they are ousted or step down. Our energized intention will speed up the process that has already begun.

Wonderful! I saw this dark cloud being lifted, and a sense of newness all around the world. It felt like springtime; everything fresh, and pure, and clean and full of vitality. And, springtime really is coming! Spring equinox is in 3 days. But this energy was more than that, it had the additional quality of global freedom. :flower:

Awesome!!!

I still feel the energy, especially strong vibration in my feet. I sensed a new phase coming up after 11:11:18. It's like the new higher vibrations are anchored in and grounded, the lower vibrations have been transmuted or removed, and with this new foundation of compassion and love maintained, the world enters a field of peace with humanity harmonized.

HALLMARKS of the new phase:
Restoration. Calibration adjustments--Healing into Wholeness. Creative intelligence expression.

With the earth and humans healing into wholeness, a peace is maintained within, and all beings recognize the direct connection with the Divine. Application of innovative solutions. Abundance and prosperity for all people. Smiles, hugs, kisses, sharing of food, celebrations with music, a fresh sense of new beginnings.

It reminded me of Bastille Day in France. Musicians on the streets, happy people eating and dancing, talking and laughing, sharing creations/gifts such as art work, crafts, etc. Global victory!

In 7 minutes we will begin. Just a reminder in case anyone is new to the process:

At 5 minutes before the hour, we get quiet and centered and get into the energy of gratitude. Focusing on all the things we have in our life and world right now that we have to be grateful for.

Then each 5 minute segment for the next 15 minutes, we focus on one intention at a time. Bring it into the now as if it is done, bask in the vision, and give thanks.

Then the last 5 minutes is spent in sacred silence. We give thanks for these things having been accomplished. Our compassion for humanity emanates through us and transmutes all energy that does not resonate at the vibration of pure love.

I don't think we realize how powerful this concentration of consciousness really is. There are unseen forces of good cooperating with us and through us. I'm just happy that we gather together once a week to focus on positive change.

During today's session, I saw the common threat running through all of our concerns: chemical warfare. Our children are being targeted through vaccinations. Our elderly are targeted through flu vaccinations and gobs of pharmaceuticals. Of course, the whole human population is being targeted through chemtrails, vaccinations, and pharmaceuticals. The conflict in Syria is centered on chemical warfare. The war is not just in Syria; it is everywhere all around us. The chemicals compromise our physical and mental health.

The real psyop has been happening for a long time..."Go to your doctor. Do what he/she says. You must have insurance. You will have bad health."

Somewhere inside us there is a Light that never dies. It reveals the Truth. The Truth sets us free.

I think this light originates in our hearts. It is the primordial intelligence that is eternal. That light is what is alive and well in people who love. It is the intelligence of Real Reality. I don't think people can be manipulated by Virtual Reality, or AI, if they are tuned into their innermost Being.

The heart radiance has power. In all that we are facing in our lives and world today, I feel like if we amplify this heart radiance and express our deepest heart :heart: intelligence that we will overcome and create a world of peace and goodwill, of prosperity and abundance for all, for freedom and genius for all. In this, I rest my faith.

1. I am grateful for the movement we are seeing on the planet AWAY from violence against the innocents. It is happening and it is inevitable - we know with 100% certainty that the ultimate destination on Earth is a society free from all kinds of violence. (if we so desire...) . To assist the transition we pray for peace, we evoke the very fabric of the universe to resist acts of violence and cruelty. We call in the awakening of love and humanity into the hearts of the perpetrators. Love is the highest most powerful energy in this universe.:sun:

2. As the awakening progresses the depth of evil and depravity within our elites is being exposed for all to see. For all people on Earth we wish for loving assistance for those many who will struggle with horror and disbelief, who could respond with separation, hatred, or violence. May they see that this process is part of an inevitable progression towards a beautiful and wholesome future....:flower:

What a great combination of intentions! And what a great way to establish and reinforce the higher perspective of what is going on here. There's so much truth embedded in these intentions. It was a pleasure to increase the energy flow in this positive direction.

We provided acknowledgement and reinforcement for the truth of these trends: people will no longer put up with violence against the innocents, or anyone, for that matter; the awakening process IS occurring, we are learning to break cycles of abuse and respond with cooperative loving solutions; and we are discovering our peaceful warrior callings.

I had really good, deep feelings during this meditation. This is where the true hope of humanity comes from. We are each taking responsibility to make a difference.

Thanks for the consideration of your thoughts, I'm back in the saddle now, I need to remind myself that just like the main stream news tries to do by publishing so many bad things, the majority of people on this earth are genuinely good people that want to live in peace and just enjoy their life and family. However their is a very dark element out there that is much larger than I realized and probably still don't have a total grasp on but one thing is for sure, its needs to be dealt with now . At a minimum for us to be the champion of those children who has no one fighting for them and for the sake of humanity itself. I listened to Corsi's last interview above, Comey net worth 11 million, Meuller 17 million, Comeys brother is the accountant for the Clinton foundation, It sounds like to me that these people all lined up one day and signed the document selling their soul all at the same time.

As for GOD I will leave that alone, it is up to us here and now. As for the power of prayer for those reading this , people from around the world that want to do something that don't know how to contribute, pray every night, pray for no more hurt to these children, pray for protection for these children, and pray that this corruption is dealt with the swiftness of the archangel Michael and his sword. I ask everyone to take 5 minutes every night and continue these prayers.... It does create a force to be reckoned with , that I can testify to. Bill Ryan said in an interview one time of a navy admiral who has now passed that if all the people of the world came together and prayed at the same time, there would be no more wars or famine and that the people when coming together have no idea of the power we possess as a group. (Correct me on that Bill if I'm wrong) .

Pyrangello, although I pray and meditate every morning, and have a prayer group once a week, and do these intentional meditations every Sunday, I am willing to add praying every night for the children.

Recently had a nasty wheezy chest infection which I shook off with a little help from Oregano oil, olive leaf extract, and vitamin c

if those had failed I would have added raw garlic and Olaf's cistus tea. Wish I could send this to Carol.

I visualised the archetypal energy of strong, vital and healed lungs, and sent it out to the universe, with the intent that it would be available to Carol Clarke, should she require it!

(Thanks! Baby Steps)

The theme for the first two is non judgement.

1. We enter a space of non judgement -unconditional love for the process of life as it unfolds in this reality. This means that we are in a state of peace, acceptance,love and non judgement for all of what is happening-including the dark, bad actors, heinous crimes and suffering. We know that all will play out with perfection, and we remain unattached to any particular outcome.

2. We enter a space of love and non-judgement for the Earth Entity-Gaia. We love her as our mother, we send healing and all that is good to her, and we recognise that any instability that she creates is ultimately part of a perfect journey for her and us- back to wholeness and harmony.

3. We pray that the Human collective opens it's perception to the simple and powerful practical solutions to issues here and now that we wish to change. We invite this wisdom and inspiration into our perception for common benefit.

I'll be focusing on these during a road trip. I won't be able to comment since I won't be online.

There are a few things that make me sense you are on the right track...

One...your location says you don't know because you've lost your mind. That's great! The mind is what seems to present the separation factor. Also, the inner self is non-linear, non-local. ...can't be limited by time or space.

Two...you said you would keep trying. That sounds like a clear intention and an exercise of the power of Will. That's a function of the inner self.

Three...you made a post on this thread and we are connected to you. :heart:

1. FREEDOM from imprisonment. We see justice served as the slave labor system is exposed and eradicated. The quotas and false pretenses used in For-profit prisons for slave labor is completely revealed. The corporations, Serco, and all who profit or receive kickbacks are exposed. All of the wrongly accused or sentenced unfairly and get trapped in the corporate slave system are OUT -- set FREE; and the real criminals who set up this system (deep state bad actors -- politicians, judges, corporate profiteers, etc.) are IN the prisons now.
All profits are going to pay restitution to the former slave-inmates for the corrupt slavery system that targeted minorities.
***And, FREEDOM (with protection) for Julian Assange, also with restitution. Let Assange receive his due rewards for exposing truth and helping to save humanity from tyranny.***
Let all humanity be freed from oppression and tyranny! Let's feel the joy and relief of freedom as we take a deep breath and say "thanks"! Think of ALL the things that the truth has set us free from. Imagine the whole world celebrating FREEDOM together! :sun:

Do what you do for protection, whether it's closing your aura, calling on Archangel Michael or your guides and angels, or just whatever you normally do for a safe and secure sacred space in which to operate at your highest level of consciousness. :heart:

Nice and deep. After the end I heard: "Great force for change."

During the first intention for freedom, I saw people's consciences kicking in. The prison doors were being opened, they could not bring themselves to lock up human beings any longer (the workers in prisons). I saw bug spray going all over the perpetrators (people in corporations that profit off other's labor, energy parasites). They can no longer abuse power and suck people's energy. I saw people freed from prisons, cages, oppression, and mind control. I saw them United with friends and family receiving nurturing--love and food--and abundance: restitution paid by the billionaire corporations that had profited from their labor. Some corporations like Starbucks, Walmart, and defense contractors--all of them. I did the Ho'opnopono for them. :)

I saw Julian Assange being released. There was a double lineup of souls creating a tube, or tunnel, and he walked between the two lines receiving applauds, congratulations, and appreciation for his service of bringing truth to humanity. :yes4:

For the animals, I saw their hearts filled with light. I saw them receive love and nurturing care from humans. I saw the love between them -- all exchanging love like families do. :bearhug: I saw all kinds, and I won't name the long list here!!! :happy dog:

For Gaza, I saw the area receiving an energy field of peace, harmony, and love. I saw Rays of energy from prayers coming in from all over the world reach them and affect them. I saw the whole area become a model of peace and harmony for the rest of the world, and the energy came back out of that area like a big radiant heart to help transform all of planet earth. :luv:

All in all, I see that peace, and love, and freedom reign. All over. And celebrations are prevalent around the globe. :sun:

1. For those who have been abused and are carrying that terrible secret. Find the strength and courage to face what happened in the past. Know that it was wrong, and that the victims are blameless. Step forward and tell the world. This is the path to healing. Know that the universe is full of love for you.

2. For everybody with a dream, the kernel of an idea, or project. Visualise, empower and see the imagined impediments and problems melt away. Step into your power, by combining your creative inspiration with your can-do skills. Call these in, and know that when these two are combined, you will be unstoppable!

3. For all those suffering from chronic pain and terminal conditions. Help them to a peaceful perspective, and may all people everywhere suffering like this receive all the love and companionship that they need, and access to effective pain control.

1. We remain confident (faithful despite evidence to the contrary) that humans are building a new paradigm that will have a greatly reduced impact on nature, and allow recovery of our environment.

2. Bring a greater realisation to people, that we really all are one..what we do to an 'other', we do to ourselves. Spread this awakening idea throughout humanity, and the self-inflicted suffering will cease. We are certain that this process is occurring.

3. I was thinking about entanglement and the special qualities of the (unaltered) DNA molecule. There are ideas of entanglement independent of time, as well as space. I connected this idea to eastern reverence for the ancestors. But the link might go forward as well as backward. As per Inelia Benz, it might continue to other versions of ourselves in parallel realities, that she calls in. I sent healing light, via DNA to my immediate family in this reality.

If you've ever done Family Constellations (Hellenger work), it is using this consciousness technology to effect the change that Baby Steps is referring to in #3. It works.

We can step into any time and give thanks. When we step into the time when the new paradigm is fully established and the earth is restored to pristine perfection, complete with visions and sensations of 'being in it' we are using our consciousness capabilities and actually establishing it in the NOW.

Using the vibration of gratitude and putting the end result in the now, we are positioning our consciousness as empowered creators and stepping out of victimhood.

For #2, the suffering HAS ceased and we are causing our consciousness to 'observe' what this new NOW moment consists of with images and sensations and feelings and gratitude. It's a vibrational shift, and a shift of the witness of awareness.

By setting the intention, meditating upon it with concentrated focus, then letting go (surrender attachment to the outcome), the essence of the Intention WILL manifest. I have facilitated many groups and the reliable results prove this formula works.

Wow! That was a great experience. I imagined that we all held hands and jumped in together...to the new paradigm. It was like we were standing at the edge of a swimming pool, but what we jumped into was a different reality...the new restored and perfected humanity and environment.

We were in nature. There was a big banquet table set up on the lawn. Everybody was feeling a sense of victory and joy and celebration. There were lots of smiles, hugs, laughter, music, 'light food', and sunshine. Everything in nature was lush. Sweet animal friends were there. Lots of children. Everyone and everything was in a state of perfection and harmony.

We had a section where there were crafts, artwork, and many examples of our creative expressions. I knew that we had free energy. There were no signs of technology. We were masters and could create out of the ethers, out of the cosmic energy all around and through us. What a great feeling!

I felt a lot of gratitude for being in this new cooperatively created reality. I adored the trees and flowers. The skies were clear and the air was pure. All water was pure, clean, and pristine.

Finally, after a long time of concentrated focus, I saw us stepping up and out of the "pool" and lifting each other up off the ladder next to the edge. We were buoyant and joyful in spirit. We KNEW this was an established reality that we can step into at any time to bring it forward.

Naked body or naked soul?!? :) Actually, I'm having fun, but the question is valid. I've presented myself as a naked soul knowing that warts or shadows and all, I was willing to be seen as I was at that time. I might have said "polish me up" and my life challenged me to purify or face or overcome some of those less than perfect parts. Paradoxically, I know we are always perfect, but we hold images of ourselves (at least I have) that dimished my self-worth. Like it's ok to admit we make mistakes and learn from them and trust the process.

"Though your sins may be red as scarlet, we can settle this, and you will be white as snow."

I'm grateful for the polishing process!

2) Attunement to Absolute Truth ::: We now bless each soul with the frequency patterns that attune their consciousness to Absolute Truth. With this, fine-tuned discernment is available to perceive clearly truth from lies, honesty from deception, selfish motives from caring motives, ego-identities from soul-empowered humans. We bless each one the full power of free will choice to make individual decisions that feel right to his/her heart. We bless each soul with the vibration of pure divine unconditional love. And with this attunement, each soul who is willing to receive this blessing, is in the direct flow of Universal Intelligence. 3) Creative Freedom ::: This blessing for humanity brings with it the energies of Restoration and Innovative Solutions. I just saw humanity reconnect with Spirit, like being plugged in, to a greater, stronger bandwidth. An upgrade is being anchored in. This seems to be not only effectively immediately, but in preparation for the Solstice energies.

In linear terms, this may effect souls at different times. Kind of like when you get an epiphany. You know that you have just received or connected with something profound. :star:

This strengthening and upgrade will serve mankind and our planet well in the imminent radical changes ahead of us. Our innate intelligence can always lead us to the right information, the right people, and the right places, at the right time...for the right purposes. :sun:

Since it is flowing, most likely it will increase. :sun:

I'm thinking there is a certain calibration of consciousness that can occur, and then things seem to work -- and more smoothly and efficiently, the way gears work together when they are in sync.

A strong connection, calibration, and increasing the bandwidth are helpful to energy flow. Just seeing that in imagination gives instructions that our inner intelligence can work with. It's sort of uncanny!

Intentional Meditation

1) When contemplating the future, with its possible problems and fears it is a good defensive technique to remember how GREAT it could be, how brilliant shifts are happening and epic personal epiphanies are occurring daily. It is good to evoke the best possible outcomes:

I personally visualize ideas of the grandest and most magnificent future that I am capable of imagining. I call this in, with beautiful images, an open heart and crowds of smiling people. I see a thriving community, peace and all the things I want from life. I know in my heart that it is manifesting, and am deeply grateful for this future dawning. :sun: :star: :sun:

2) We intend that a single breath of love dissolve all barriers of differences of opinions or mind sets or belief systems. Let us each soften our hearts and make a featherbed cloud where we can realize how much we have in common, how much happier we are when United in cooperation, and how much we need each other to achieve our true common goals. Let this understanding birth new relationships amongst humanity, and let us be kind to one another under all circumstances.

3) We envision a world that has been restored to complete harmony and balance. We see all animals, plants, minerals, elementals, communicating at the same higher frequency that encompasses love for all life. With our highest vibrations now stabilized, we are implementing genius solutions to clean up and rebuild our planet, and to provide free energy and abundant resources to all. We are aware of our capabilities like never before, and we are fully activated and able to accomplish our ideals. Our planet is lush and all life is thriving! :flower:

Manifested Intentions
We Are Grateful!!!

1) We are NOW enjoying free and safe energy! We fully appreciate that lightbulb moment when someone in a shed somewhere dreamt up a compact over unity solution. We see that this happy event led to a black box that has been installed into houses, to provide free electricity. We celebrate as the installer and the householder KNOW what a great victory this is for human sovereignty! We have overridden the implementation of the dangerous technologies that compromised our health and privacy. The companies that used to control the former grid have dissolved. They are no longer needed. Everyone is NOW enjoying free and safe electricity and heat and cooling. We are feeling comfortable and we enjoy our sovereignty! So be it! It is done!

2) We are each celebrating our personal accomplishments, our unique contributions that make this world a better place. We have received all resources, support, and opportunities to achieve personal success in delivering our unique creative solutions for Mother Earth and All Life!!! We are celebrating a new era that we have created. We all are enjoying our abundance as we give our gifts born of love and genius innovation to the world. And so it is!

3) We know that powerful positive forces exist to assist humanity. We have remembered our connection, and our abilities to ask and invoke such assistance. We invoke this assistance NOW particularly to save the animals (cats, rabbits, all endangered species) in New Zealand, and to protect All Life on this planet. We send love and gratitude now for all positive powers and principalities that have, and are continuing to help turn the tides on planet Earth to create a peaceful, sustainable planet where we are abundant and free!! 2) Courage & Faith:::As we muster all of our courage and strength to overcome anything we need to face head on, personally or globally, locally or in some group or organization, let us stand united in extra strength and know that our unity helps us all. Let us each pick ourselves up by the bootstraps, set clear and strong intentions, and move forward in or lives with the firm resolve to succeed and be victorious! We ARE victorious!

3) Compassion and Helping:::We are designed to add some benefit to life and we are clear about why we are here. We are filled with compassion and the desire to help. Intentions for meditation

1) Davy & Goliath ::: We intend to see tables turn rapidly in the battle for good over evil. We notice Divine intervention has come to play a hand with providence. We see miracles. We see rapid victories. We are hearing truth revealed from everyone about everything. We see the power of truth and love, compassion and care, and the United power of prayer and intention completely overcome the usurpation and abuse of power in our world. We see victory at every turn. We see people #walkaway from hate and violence. We see hope turn into faith, and we see faith turn into reality. We see the world now back in order, in harmony, and in peace. We experience the brotherhood and sisterhood of our entire human family. This is done now!! :flower:


2) Children now all receive the best of care and protection. Parents have full rights to keep and protect their children from harm or interference. All children are free; released, healed, and provided for. All children are loved, nurtured, and have healthy food. They all have plenty of friends and family and can play in nature as they discover their own true nature and creative abilities. Each child has opportunities and resources to discover and develop their own unique talents. All children have the guidance they need to stay safe and communicate from their hearts. The innocence of all children is protected. Children are educated in healthy ways and they can study what interests them from a vast array of sources that are unlimited. Each one is honored for being exactly who they are. All children are free, healthy, and happy. :happy dog:


3) Common ground has been established amongst humanity based on principles of the common good of all people. Differences are honored or overlooked as people find ways to communicate and compromise. Minds and hearts have been opened. We see each other's points of views; understand each other's feelings. All previously perceived divisions have dissolved by the energies of compassion and understanding. All people have realized that each have their cross to bear, and that the victory of overcoming for one, is a victory for all. Sharing increases. Respect is prevalent. Life is much easier and enjoyable as a result of this monumental shift. Everyone is accepted and appreciated. This is done now. :hippie:

I feel this deeply...it is the true direction for humanity. :sun:

I've started to use the power of the spoken word and speak each intention out loud before going into silent meditation with my eyes closed. I did this today, and the last few weeks.

Another thing I did differently, was add a link to these intentions and sent them to some of my friends who are "prayer buddies" and I said they are for this week. So, in addition to sharing, I'm going to focus on them during the week as well. That will add strength and momentum to the energy field.

Hi Michelle Marie and everyone joining the Sunday meditation,

I'd like to make a request for an intention to help the people who've been effected by the flood that happened in Japan just a few days ago.

I was notified right away by my mother who lives in Tokyo, but only realized how serious it's become when I checked Facebook today (I only look at it once in some many days) and saw that a few old schoolmates who currently live in the effected areas have posted photos of the flooding.

Setting intentions on the well-being of the people there for having shelter, food and water supplies, recovery of the damaged areas, releasing emotional pains from the losses of people's lives, houses, etc. could help with this weather disaster, to make positive changes a bit more smoothly.

Torrential rains triggered landslides and floods in central and western areas. More than 8 million people have been ordered to evacuate their homes.

The rain has relented but the country is still struggling to deal with the extensive damage left in its wake.

This is the highest death toll caused by rainfall in Japan since 1982.

1) Ron & Diane--as we appeal for healing and grace and love to touch the lives of Ron and Diane we intend to see miraculous results and an elimination of fear and despair. Let love and peace reign! Through our will, our love, and Christ light within, we exercise our power and authority to manifest our vision of perfect spinal healing and health for Ron. We see him enveloped in a pink cloud of love while green universal healing energies reverse his condition while transmuting and releasing the cause. Let the power of forgiveness, mercy, grace and love overcome this situation and replace it through divine compassion that yields health, harmony, strength, and peace. We see Diane surrounded by angels and love and see her feeling strong and supported. Let peace be with her now. As we dwell with our mind in the scene of the solution, we feel the peace and the relief as we let out a big sigh filled with gratitude and love. This is done. :flower:

2) July 11 Flood in Japan--Our shared intention and vision is sent to those affected by the flood in Okayama, Japan and the surrounding areas for their safety, healing, upliftment, and overall well-being. We send them help and resources, love and counseling, and all that will improve their lives at every level. We ask to reveal hidden blessings that may result from this disaster. We are grateful for their receipt of shelter, food and water, and recovery of the damaged areas. We intend that love and peace and healing come into their hearts as they release the emotional pain from losing their precious memorable possessions, their homes, and the lost lives of family, friends, and community members. We lift up their hearts and their lives into a better life with a smooth transition through the power of our love and compassion. 3) Atrocities in the Congo--We demand with all of the authority and power of our being that the atrocities in the Congo--the raping, beheadings, cannabalism, and all inhumane activities be stopped at once! Let this situation be brought into the light of worldwide awareness. Let the shining light of truth purify all individuals, organizations, corporations, governments, pseudo-governments, powers, and principalities immediately with a lightening bolt of power. Let this lightening bolt of power purify the hearts of all people in the Congo, freeing and releasing the innocent, and permanently halting and freezing the activities of the perpetrators. We command this light to take immediate action! We demand full awakening of awareness globally, and full transparency of every person, organization, and action involved in these activities. We invoke the higher powers that are unseen to aid in this situation. We send our love and compassion to the people victimized by this activity so that they are free, protected, and healed. I have been in prayer and meditation all morning. It is so fulfilling, I get lost in it.

My timing is a little off as a result. My focus is going to be slightly behind the schedule today. However, I feel the power going into these prayers of intention mightily today.

"Prayers of love and gratitude and rejoicing are prayers of unlimited power for they are already allied with the dynamic power of faith and are therefore completely limitless in their scope as they ascend instantly to the Highest."

This is a reminder to all of us to stay in the attitude of gratitude. As we dwell upon the sure manifestation, or the answers to the intentional prayer with gratitude that they are already answered--this dynamic power of faith is activated and released.

I'm going to continue now, and go into communion as I focus on each of these intentions with the power of my inner light.

Well, I have to say...a thunderstorm happened this morning. I was thinking of the power of God and the Congo. I felt a tremendous power of love activated for each of our three intentions. And I definitely felt wed with faith that these intentional prayers have been heard, received, and answered.

When I was with Diane and Ron, I saw all of us, including those praying with us toasting with champagne glasses and dancing and rejoicing that the positive changes had manifested. I dwelled at that party for some time. God's love is active in that situation, Diane, and you certainly have Angels with you now. :angel:

In Japan, I felt this huge presence of compassion and love actively released by the disaster. Miracle after miracle is occurring as a result. There truly are blessings being released, not just in spite of, but because of this disaster. It had a purpose. Better things are coming for all involved. All the love we continue to send will help these people, our family in our hearts, to rise above the situation and receive their gifts. :heart:

In the Congo, the lightening demonstrating the immense power of God was present. Major light infusion. Archangels and Christ Power are there transmuting the darkness into light. Our whole planet will benefit by changing this level of darkness into light. What compassion we all feel for those traumatized by such terror! Our love is helping them as we continue to give them our attention, and bring the attention of others to their aid. Awareness is light. More people will become aware of this situation. I'm sure of it. :sun:

During first 5 minutes, the first slice of the gratitude sandwich, give thanks for all good things present in our lives right now, for continued blessings for the manifestation of our past intentions, and for the perfect faith in our power and process. Anything you're particularly grateful for right now, express that through your heart. :heart:
(We do this 5 minutes before the hour.)

1) We intend to see an exponential boost in the great massive social awakening. In particular, we see rapid spread of awareness around radiation and surveillance through the implementation of the Smart Grid technology. We see people waking to their rights that are protected by the Constitution of the United States. These rights are for all people in all countries because they are based on the Universal Laws from our Creator. We see people victoriously overcoming the trespasses against our 4th Amendment right to privacy in our homes. We have shared information so fast to such a large amount of people worldwide, that the power of the people has been recognized and all abusers of power have retreated. Specifically, power companies and telecommunications corporations have been defeated and are now making financial retribution to everyone whose life they have touched. This intention is law, and it is done. :star:

2) Free energy technologies have been released now, as all patents are freed, all silencing contracts are null and void, and all people have free energy everywhere. We demand that all of this is paid for by the corporations, once motivated by greed, are now forced into legal compliance with the law for the benefit of the people. The power companies are obsolete. All of their profits have been distributed to the general population, and their charters and business licenses are dissolved--null and void. We see the effects of increased health and well-being of all people due to their increased abundance and decreased concerns over energy acquisition. Free energy now--unlimited--for all people. Claim it as done! :muscle:

3) We intend that all harmful chemicals are banned from our food, air, and medicine. The light of awareness and our increased power has inspired us to demand the moral and ethical principles to be applied to all of life. All of the genocidal schemes have been revealed, and through miraculous divine intervention, the purity and integrity of our resources is now restored. The individual and corporations have been exposed globally, our governments have been purged of corruption, and once again, the power of the people has overcome. We appreciate whole organic food and pure water. We are grateful for clear skies and pure air. We know that our medicine is provided by nature, and poisonous vaccines and medicines are a thing of the past. We celebrate the perfect health that all people of all ages are experiencing now. This is so...big deep breath...now! :dancing:

Last 5 minutes--second slice of the gratitude sandwich. We are grateful for all that has been created and accomplished. We are grateful to be able to release these intentions into the ethers knowing full well that there is no other possibility but for them to manifest. We accept these blessings as being present in our experience, and we dwell in these scenarios with gratitude. That WAS powerful!

For the first one, in heaven I saw this big vacuum cleaner sucking up Smart Meters and cell towers. On earth, I saw workers taking out Smart Meters. Cell towers are being dismantled.

For the second one, first I saw that people had the black boxes in their homes that provided free energy. But then I saw that people got creative, and there were boxes of many colors. "Boxes" became an exciting topic; you could hear people talking about boxes everywhere. Everyone was happy and excited. It felt like a big load had been lifted. Wow! It's amazing what changes happen on our planet!

On the third intention, I saw all of the cells of all human bodies restored to perfection. I saw the prana go through every meridian and nada throughout all bodies in the world. This free flow of energy produced perfect health and harmony. How great it feels to have perfect health! How wonderful to see all people-- family, friends, neighbors, and animals and plants, too--experience restoration! :flower:

The light of consciousness creates matter. We just did that.

1) We command and demand with all of our might the release of all children who have been abducted. We intend that God's mighty army of soldiers from every realm unite and bring back our children. Reveal all aspects of the systems, operations, and operatives who have stolen our little humans from our midst. We demand the release of humans of all ages that have been abducted for the purposes of sex, slavery, or ritual. We demand to know the truth and we command the light with all of our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical power to release and return these family and friends to their own homes. We know that our power of intention and will is Absolute, and we know that this is done! :muscle:

2) We demand the truth that leads us to our ultimate well being for all of humanity, for all life, for all of planet earth, and for our whole universe. We demand to know the truth behind all of the illusive media, shows for appearance, and stories meant to deceive our perceptions. Eradicate the effects of social programming and let the light of truth unite us! Remove all walls and barriers that separate us in our minds and hearts. We command the light to bring peace, unity, and abundance to all of humanity. We know our inner light never fails and that this is done, just as we command, right now! :star:

3) We demand the restoration of our clean, pristine, and harmonious environment. We command the light to allow even and fair distribution of earth's resources. We demand the release of our lands and resources from those who have stolen, hoarded, unlawfully sold or abused them in any way. We command the light to reveal the truth, and we demand the full restoration of our environment. We claim the right to pure air, to fresh water, and unaltered land. We rebuke the darkness that has terrorized our land and our people. We command the light to wake up every conscience, every soul, every mind, and every heart. We intend to see things put back to right. We WILL live together based on integrity, morals, ethics, and pure principles with dignity, respect, and love. Let us now pull our white lights from God down through our crown chakras. Then bring this light down and push it out through our heart chakras investing it with all the pink light of Love that we have to give.


We now combine this pink white energy from this group and this place to send out a powerful ray of pink white light to cover our planet. And everywhere it touches, all negativity is dissolved and replaced with the positive cleansing energy of Love.



We now send this pink white light to the heart chakras of all beings on earth. And within those heart chakras, all negativity is dissolved and there is left a small ball of pink white light so that each one, if they so choose, may use this energy to expand their awareness and learn to live in unconditional Love.


We now send this pink white light below the surface of the earth, all the way to the very center of our planet. We now see this core start to glow with pink light and as it glows brighter and brighter it starts to expand, moving outward in all directions toward the surface of the earth.

As this energy moves up through the layers of rock and dirt and liquid, we know that all negativity is being dissolved and replaced with the positive energy of Love.

This pink white light now reaches our earth’s surface and as it expands we now see all the waters, and the plants, and the animals, all the land, glowing with this pink white light, cleansed of all negativity, and filled with Love.

This light now moves up through the atmosphere of our planet, dissolving all the negative energy in our air and it also is now glowing with pink light.

This pink white light now reaches the edges of space then moves beyond. As we look back at our Mother Earth, we see that she has transformed into a beautiful star, glowing with the pink white energy of God’s Love and that this star now radiates this energy, sending it to all parts of the Universe, illuminating those areas of darkness.

1) We command and demand with all of our might the release of all children who have been abducted. We intend that God's mighty army of soldiers from every realm unite and bring back our children. Reveal all aspects of the systems, operations, and operatives who have stolen our little humans from our midst. All Satanic practices, ritual abuse, enslavement, and sexual abuse must stop now! We demand the release of humans of all ages that have been abducted for the purposes of sex, slavery, or ritual. We demand to know the truth and we command the light with all of our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical power to release and return these family and friends to their own homes. ***Reveal who is involved, restrain them, and remove them from our midst.*** We know that our power of intention and will is Absolute, and we know that this is done! :muscle:

2) We command the Light to reveal the truth about UN Agenda 21 and subsequent affiliated plans, the people and plans for our local communities, and the nefarious implementation of these offensive, dangerous actions that are being used against We, the people. We demand our rights! We intend that these people and plans be revealed and removed. We require full transparency in all levels of government and in all institutions. We, the people are in Power. We are united around truth, and we demand that all actions taken are benevolent and for our highest good. Any actions that have begun that are against our wishes are immediately reversed. We implement plans that improve our lives and communities, keep us safe from harm, and protect our privacy and resources. We are certain to implement only good. We will revive, distribute, and use suppressed technologies such as free energy, and we will make the power companies obsolete. Anyone in public office that abuses their power must be removed immediately. Only people of integrity and goodwill may serve the public in positions of authority. 3) Our intention is to take the media and all technologies out of the hands of those using these modes of communication and means of affecting humanity and placing them in the hands of responsible people who will serve humanity with truth, integrity, and respect. We are calling for the immediate restraint and removal of all destructive and negative forces. We demand that all regulatory agencies and bodies of government hold those using these tools to high principles and standards of morals and ethics. We intend that all demoralizing communications and images be wiped immediately, that propaganda is exposed, that secrets and lies are revealed, and the full truth is presented right now. We will take our media back now! We will only use technology for positive and constructive purposes! All this is accomplished immediately. :hat:

I spoke these intentions out loud. I visualized the activities coming to pass. I really feel all these changes are taking place and that we are giving them a BOOST with our energy/attention and the POWER of our WILL. I'm certain that we are uniting and our freedoms are being restored as the truth is coming out about so much right now.

When I was sitting in gratitude for all of these positive changes, I got an image of a dirty window with bugs and smudges and filth being wiped completely clean. Then the glass became super clear, and the whole world looked better!

I think this signifies the purification that is taking place on our planet. So much is being revealed and coming up for healing. Energy is being transmuted. Things are getting cleaned up. We see what's being cleaned out right now, but we are creating a bright future of truth and freedom. I could see our future...we love each other, we celebrate with gatherings and share food and music.

On the Q thread, they say "Trust the Plan" and I know they are talking about God's Divine Plan.

It all has purpose.

1) Health, Harmony, Adaptability:::We intend to hold within our minds images of perfect health and we know our Inner Light that cannot fail will manifest this perfect health and harmony in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Our intentions and images have power! We intend that as we progress through our daily lives that we adapt our energy fields, our bodies, and our minds to maintain equilibrium and stay true to our faith in our ability to sustain and maintain the image of perfect health and harmony even as it is manifested in our lives. We have faith in the eternal nature and power within our souls. We protect ourselves from outer influence, or "evidence to the contrary" as we maintain perfect faith in perfect health and harmony. We claim this as truth, and it is so right now! :sun: :hug:

2) Discernment, Courage, Compassion:::We are blessed with increased, deep, and clear discernment as we learn the truth behind appearances. We have uncovered secrets. All lies are being exposed. In the face of learning disheartening truth, we take a stand with courage. We muster all of our strength from within. We know we have the power to overcome. We know we can be thankful for the purpose underlying circumstances. As we rise over and above what comes to us, we remember understanding, mercy, and compassion. All are growing in awareness. We are certain that as we use our fine-tuned discernment and learn the truth of all things, that the truth revealed will promote necessary changes. My goodness! I feel "amped up"!

My energy field is buzzing. I had a truth tingle come through my left leg.

I started early and went into meditation with gratitude. I read each intention out loud, did the visioning, let it go and expressed gratitude.

Things that came to me were about Christ Consciousness, God's Will, and The Lord's Prayer. It felt like all of humanity is being blessed.

At the end I did 10 minutes of gratitude instead of 5. I was feeling so good, I didn't want to stop. Needless to say, this was very powerful.

I sent love and blessings to everyone who participates here. :heart: :hug: :heart:

There are many words I could speak, but I'll leave it at that.

The notion came to me again to speak these out throughout the week. Please join me! These words carry vibrational power and seem to be especially uplifting. :angel: We are being assisted, protected, and guided...at least that is what I am sensing strongly.

1) Awakening & Freedom~~~As more and more people awaken to Truth, the Freedom to express freely overcomes any and all deception, manipulation, oppression, or harm. Truth information is shared freely in the spirit of brotherhood and love. The common ground of wishing to live freely and peacefully erases all walls of division. A unified awakening is build on this foundation. Courage and strength are aroused by the foundation of unity that is centered on this common ground. Individuals are inspired to spread or broadcast the truth according to their talents and skills. Musicians are inspired. Artists express the essence of the awakening while depicting a release of enslaved minds, souls, and bodies. Poets capture the essence and words flow into rivers into which beings can immerse and feel their freedom. It's all so healing. The past is being released. The birth of a new day is at hand. The awakening has reached Avalanche proportions, and all are free now. And it IS so. :music:

2) Empowerment & Peace~~~As we reach a critical point in the juncture of awakening, each soul sprouts and flowers into a unique instrument of Peaceful Power. Soft and loving, but strong and firm--each one takes their sword of Truth and cuts away the sordid effects of past miscreations. Abusers of power are removed at once. There is no waiting for someone else to handle it; there are no delays. The inner strength built with fortitude and integrity rises to the fore. Peace is commanded and demanded! A firm resolve is felt and readied for action. Like a well-trained army, cooperative souls are empowered to take action. And as we can see, that's the way it IS! :muscle:

3) Action & Creative Solutions~~~New ideas are sparking! With a united front and individual inspirations, a huge turnaround is underway! A dismantling of the weaponized institutions and technologies is sweeping the Earth! This is the most wonderful turn of events the world has ever seen. It's interdimensional--in fact, one can sense the POWER of divine intervention. New sources of power for homes and transportation are implemented. It's the most giant leap of positive change anyone that is here now has ever seen in their lives. It was dark before the dawn, but the Light IS in command! It is so AWE -- Inspiring to witness such turnaround. GMO foods wiped from the face of the planet; skies cleaned and purified; waters restored to pristine purity; surveillance cameras, cell towers, smart meters, and all EMF and scalar technologies BANNED. All of the action spells FREEDOM for humanity. Freedom to experience abundance and perfect health. Creative solutions abound! The world is like a new piece of art presented on a canvas that's been cleared. Each being is now in joyous expression of pure potential. And we love our world like this NOW! :hippie:

I feel uplifted. I truly have hope and faith that things are turning around. We ARE in process, though, and process has purpose. Our consciousness is being transformed. We are taking our power back.

1) Will Power + Free Will Choice + Anger::::we intend to use our great power within in right and good ways according to the integrity of our souls. As we discover the cause of much suffering to be a result of deception and manipulation, let us call into the depths of our being and operate with understanding, compassion, and forgiveness. Even perpetrators have fallen into traps and cycles. And yet, let us not deny our natural anger that tells us we have boundaries and gives us the power to make changes when used rightly. Let all righteous anger be channeled properly into solutions. Let us use this power along with our free will choice to make life better for the children, for all mankind, and for all life on earth. Help us recognize our powers and tell fear to stand down as we face the truth. We are thankful for the purpose, and we know our growth and blessings are contained therein. We are powerful!!! :muscle:

2) Perception and Discernment:::we intend to perceive the whole truth, and to discern the Absolute from the relative, and the motives and intentions behind each communication. We know our consciousness is being cleared of old programs. We will not allow programming, social engineering, or enslavement of any kind to continue. We are free. All of our brothers and sisters are free. Our minds are free to discern truth. Our hearts are free to perceive truth. We are heart-centered, loving, and free. We are clear. We have certainty. We intend that all doubt is removed as we see through any deception. We unify in our common ground of goodwill toward all. We know all good souls intend to live in a peaceful world with good health and abundance. We are conscious, and we are creators. We can 'see' and we are free right now! :wizard:

3) Original, innate, intelligence:::We are intelligent Beings. Our Inner Light cannot be suppressed. It cannot fail. It cannot be taken from us. We unite with the light within in full conscious awareness. We are connected. We feel the strength from our own integrity. We feel what is right and what is not. We know our part. We know our purpose. We have clear direction. We have perfect faith. We do not stumble or fall, and if we do, we get right back up again. We exude unconditional love and we live in a field of love. We feel it. We are it. Our world is changing rapidly and all people feel this love and now stand tall in integrity. We are illuminated beings. Our intelligence shines right now, individually and collectively. We have each other's backs (and fronts, and lefts, and rights, and tops, and bottoms!). Our intelligence is radiant!!! In the deepest part of me, I know these things are already true. I am very grateful for the transformation that is taking place. :heart:

I saw a great tower of lighted souls united, and I also saw each one as a pillar of light. :star:

I remembered leaving a meeting last Thursday after filling out forms and saying with a gesture of closed fist "We've got the power!" It really FEELS true.

1) We intend to rise above circumstances in unity and strength, no matter what challenges we face. In areas of disaster, we come together to help and to share. We find resources for all: shelter, food, water, energy, transportation, and medical supplies. We share our love, talents, skills, expertise, and we meet each other with compassion and care. We are resolved to focus on restoration and solutions. We stand firm in the truth. Whatever we face, we are in it together, and we know deep within victory is ours. And so it is! :grouphug:

2) Our intention is to increase our faith and abilities to heal ourselves and each other. We lift our vision to the heights of perfection and feel how it feels to be vibrant, youthful, strong, and perfectly whole. We know love is a great healer, and we pour heaps and heaps of love onto broken hearts, diseased bodies, and trapped souls. We fill each one with light that gleams out of our loving eyes. And with tenderness, kindness, and understanding, we lift each other up into wholeness, harmony, and balance with perfect faith. All are healed into wholeness now! :flower:

3) It is our powerful intention backed by inspired action that all children are free, safe, and cared for. Every child is healed and protected. All organizations, institutions, groups of any kind, or individuals that abuse or exploit children are exposed now. All systems that conceal the networks that traffic or abuse, or harm children in any way are brought into the light of public awareness, and are brought to proper Justice now! We provide complete protection for each and every child. Every child receives tender loving care. This is the truth we activate and stand for now! :muscle: :angel:

Deep down, despite any controversy or opposing opinions, this overall heartfelt wish for goodwill toward all is our common ground. [Baby Steps]

At 6 I will give some time thinking about Soul wholeness

we all have our 'God spark' whispering to us about caring and sharing, and also the freedom element that is fundamental to spirit.

A society that takes the caring and sharing model too far , ends up sacrificing the individual to the collective.
A society that takes individualism too far will become selfish, narcissistic and unable to pool resources for any greater good.

There are examples of both polarities here and now, but all souls have a spark that balances both. Lets bring balance and harmony to the planet, greater engagement with higher energies will achieve this!

Back when I was teaching Hatha-Raja yoga, I used to wake up at 4 am to start a daily routine of yoga and meditation.

For next Sunday's weekly meditation on May 12th, let us meditate with intentions of gratitude toward all of the mothers, alive or deceased, who give/ have given us much nurture and love in their own caring ways.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Mother's day weekend!

Alongside that, my intentions for the meditation will start each time with healing intentions towards all Avalon members and guests, their loved family members, pets, and friends, and then to any particular individuals who are in need of help in healing.

One of my favorite meditation methods, the Anahata-Heart Chakra Meditation.
There are dozens of ways just for meditating on the heart, here's my version.

(Skip to step 4 if you are familiar with how to get into meditation.)


Meditation Instructions

1. Sit in a comfortable position, either lotus pose or on a chair. Keep your spine straight for a good posture and concentration. Let your hands rest on your knees or laps.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. Breathe normally and calmly. With each exhale, go slower and deeper.

4. Visualize a stream of energy from above (heaven) to flow into your body through the top of your head (Sahasrara-crown chakra).

5. Visualize the energy from the earth to flow through the bottom of your spine at the Muladhara-root chakra.

6. With the energies from heaven and earth, gather them into a ball of energy by your Anahata-heart chakra.

7. Visualize the ball of energy to shine brighter and stronger, like the sun in a clear sky. Feel the warmth of this energy, hold this image for a while. Put intentions of love, compassion, joy, and peace into this energy and continue to strengthen it.

8. Let the ball of heaven-earth energy in your Anahata to grow bigger, expanding itself throughout your whole body. Hold this image of your whole body shining with the heaven-earth energy that is emanated from the heart.

9. Expand the heaven-earth energy out of your physical body to create a sphere that surrounds you. Hold this image of the heaven-earth energy sphere that gives you protection as you continue to breathe calmly and comfortably.

10. Slowly bring back your awareness to your physical senses and open your eyes.

Forest Bathing Meditation (Shinrin-Yoku)


Preparation

• Choose a day with nice weather, when you have enough relaxed time to venture out into the nature.

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

• Bring a bottle of water and anything else that you may need.

• Option: Bring along your pet dog(s).



Step 1. As you approach a forest, walk a bit slower than usual to use your senses with more awareness. Notice what you see, hear, smell, touch, or sometimes possibly taste.

Step 2. Find a place in the forest where you can sit comfortably. It can be on a soft grassy area, tree stump, log, rock, etc.

Step 3. Place your hands with the palms facing up and fingers relaxed. Keep your back straight for good focus and better circulation of energy through your body.

Step 4. Gently close your eyes and take a few normal breaths to relax your body and mind. Then go into deeper breathing by inhaling with 4 counts, then exhaling with another 4 counts.

Step 5. Visualize a stream of energy from earth entering into your body from the base of your spine, and energy from the forest atmosphere entering through your crown chakra and both hands, filling your whole body. Try to also feel the energy of the natural elements of where you are sitting.

Step 6. Give thanks and blessings to the clean air, water, soil, plants, flowers, and wild animals that are all part of the forest life. Feel the sunlight that gives them life-force energy. Become part of it - feel that you are well-grounded with safety and security, receiving the nurturing energy as beautiful gifts of Mother Earth to live more harmoniously.

Step 7. When you are ready, slowly bring your awareness to your physical body and its senses as you gently open your eyes.

I would like to see his release from prison with all charges against him immediately dropped, publicly vindicated from the accusations that have been made against him, all the lies that have been told against him revealed for what they are, and his great international contribution to journalism and human rights recognized.

He is a great hero and should be regarded and treated as such, allowed to pursue journalism as he sees fit, and to live out the rest of his life unharmed, as a free citizen.

Please feel free to make any additions to the intentions for the meditation on Julian Assange's situation.


I feel that many of us here on Avalon have the understanding that there is real power in group meditation.

Many people recognize personally, and research has demonstrated that collectively, meditation, prayer, and intention can and does affect the world.

Below are some examples along with a very inspiring video that shares some remarkable insights.

In 1993 a successful experiment was performed in Washington DC in America to demonstrate the effect of a large group of transcendental meditators on crime levels. Researchers predicted in advance that the calming influence of group meditation practice could reduce violent crime by over 20 percent in Washington, D.C., during an 8-week period in the summer of 1993.

In fact, the findings later showed that the rate of violent crime decreased by 23 percent during the June 7 to July 30 experimental period. The odds of this result occurring by chance are less than 2 in 1 billion.

This was a carefully controlled study. The demonstration project involved assembling in the D.C. area nearly 4,000 practitioners of Transcendental Meditation programs from 81 countries. The experiment was rigorously analyzed by a 27-member project review board composed of independent scientists and civic leaders who approved the research protocol and monitored the research process.

The implications of this are exciting yet not surprising. Meditation does not just serve you; it serves your world, assisting in raising the overall frequency and consciousness level on the planet.

Another long-term study is the Global Consciousness Project at Princeton University that tracked the impact of events on the generation of apparently random numbers. What they found is that a strong focus by the participants can create a very significant effect. The most powerful changes occurred when the collective attention is set on the most positive ideals like ‘love’, or ‘peace’.

To be honest, I was very much focused on sending intentions for Julian Assange and for Avalon members who've recently been having a rough time and didn't get around to sending intentions on the vaccination issues. I just feel there's a greater necessity to help Julian Assange, I would like to request intentions for him for the next meditation as well.

As for the Avalon members, if it weren't for each and every one of our contributions here there would be no PA forum. As much as the contents and the quality of what we share here are important, I feel that each of our well being and sharing this community in a more respectful, peaceful, harmonious manner is as important to keep this place running strong and sound.

I couldn't encourage people enough to meditate more.

Is it so much out of one's life to take a moment and sit down, set aside all the business and craziness, breathe calmly, and have at least one positive thought?

Often times it feels like meditation is taken too lightheartedly, or underestimated of its powerful positive effects.

Are we not serious enough to want to see positive changes in our lives and the world?
Are we so silly to keep complaining, causing problems and going in circles, rather than shifting our minds to a higher level to find solutions to those problems?

To all the problems there are, the answer is always love.
One can meditate quite a lot on this energy of love itself.

I don't mean to keep harping on this but I have nobody to talk to - this cluster headache **** is outta control. Just got through w/ more literal screaming pain and broke some ****. It sucks im on disability and live with my folks, would you tell your mother about how miserable your life is? Shes on the verge of tears when she looks at me. It's ****ing rough. It's called suicide headaches cause people kill themselves from this **** and I have to fight off the suicidal thoughts during the bouts. Its ****ing miserable. Why would I share this with loved ones? My day? Yeah I was vomiting in the toilet and trying not to kill myself - was lovely.

So tonight or tomorrow I'm thinking bout checking into the ER which is something everyone just loves doing. **** man. I'm trying to keep it together its just so hard.

Absolutely on the meditation. Meditation has been my savior so far so I'm open to this idea. I practice mindfulness often.

Reading my previous post is crazy. It's like a totally different person. I generally don't get worked up in life and am more or less a mellow dude. Just that kinda pain brings out an animalistic (or whatever) side of me.

Thank you, Constance and RunningDeer for the information on the health conditions of justntime2learn and Strat. Yes, for sure, we will have them in our prayers and healing intentions for the meditation today.

Wind's pug Paavo had to have emergency surgery for removing bladder stones on this past Friday. His urinary tract got blocked by the stones and the bladder was about to burst.
He's back home with us now and is recovering. He's moaning and groaning a lot when he's awake, but thankfully he's sleeping most of the time.

We would be very grateful if Paavo could be included in the intentions for the meditation too.

Bit of an update:
I've been having ~5 CH's a day for quite some time now and today I had NONE. I had a few 'auras' (sensation in my head that's a precursor to the CH's) but I only got on the o2 once, and the CH went away more or less immediately. The pain was very very mild and easily tolerable.

I have been microdosing the past few days (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5584001/) but good god am I so grateful that today I didn't have any intense pain at all. Whether it's you guys, or the dosing - I'll take it. God bless you all. This weekend was scary cause I thought I'd run out of o2 and have to go to the ER but I'll be ok till monday for sure.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better Strat!
Seems like you've had a big improvement with your CH if you've been having up to 5 a day, then you had none!
I hope your condition can continue to get better. If you'd need another round of meditation for healing intentions, do let us know anytime!

Wind's dog has been having a lot more energy this morning.
He still sometimes moans in pain, perhaps when the pain killer wears out and his stitches are giving him pain.
But he's recovering incredibly fast and doing a lot better.

As some of you know I was back at the hospital Thursday after several trips to my doctor.
