View Full Version : False Missile Alert over Hawaii

Hi All,
My cousin received this alert and retraction a short time ago.
Any thoughts ?
Update...
In a conversation with my cousin who lives there, I learned the alert should have stated that there was a missile test. All residents were tuned to their TV's waiting for MSM information. The information they received was that someone from the new emergency alert system sent the wrong message and that it was only a test.
Also, he said very few were not in a panic but was not aware of any injuries.

Hawaii sends out missile alert by mistake
13th Jan 2018

The message Hawaiians saw on their phones
People across the US state of Hawaii received a text on Saturday morning, warning
of an impending missile strike. It was declared a false alarm shortly afterwards, but
not before panic started to spread.
"Ballistic missile threat inbound to Hawaii. Seek immediate shelter. This is not a
drill," read the message, all in capital letters.
Hawaii Emergency Management Agency later confirmed there was no threat.
In an online statement, Honolulu Police Department said: "State Warning Point has
issued a Missile Alert in ERROR! There is NO threat to the State of Hawaii!"
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser said emergency officials had mistakenly sent the
message out by text at 08:07 (18:07 GMT) before correcting the error by email 18
minutes later. There was no follow-up mobile text until 38 minutes after the original
alert, it said.
It was unclear how the initial mistake was made.

Hi all, we had a scare this morning followed by a quick retraction. As soon as I got the alert I closed my shop and raced home, calling my family on the way. We get a good amount of alerts, hurricane and tsunami warnings but this is the first ballistic missile alert ever. You don’t joke around about that! Anyways all safe here. Someone is getting fired!
Btw can you guys help direct me to any reports on how much time Hawaii has to prepare in the case of a real threat.

Sad as the experience was for the people of Hawaii the event was very eye opening. We must not let the elite and powerful exclude citizens a way to survive. Other Countries are way ahead of protecting all of their citizens and we must as a country offer hope or least more than duck and cover and the sound of the real deal alarm. We know they have the tunnel boring equipment to build underground space in no time. It's time to consider the best way to protect the majority of citizens in the event of a nuclear missile. Also to have a better management protocol to avoid another false alarm without secondary verification.

I live in Hawaii and I got the alert this morning too. I was interested to observe my reaction, calm but a little freaked out. A friend texted that CNN was saying to stay in and away from windows. I think I have more windows than walls :)
What was absent and telling was the local air siren warnings. It's about 1.5 miles away but can be heard from where I live.
A friend is in the civil air defense and she is usually on top of these things. After about 15 min she texted me that it was false - which I knew as by then I had searched and found the message from Tulsi Gabbard, our senator. She had tweeted within about 7-8 min of the bulletin. The 38 min from the first bulletin to the second seems much longer than it should have been and I've been wondering why it took so long to send out the correction.
When she had a town hall locally meeting last April she had mentioned that Hawaii was not ready to defend against a missile attack from NK. It was a project she had been working on but had little support for at that time.
I'm thinking this is a deliberate message from our friends in the deep state to Mr Trump. It will be interesting to see how he responds. I hope to find out anyway...
BTW, if there is any shelter for civilians I've never heard of it. Military and important people, yes. The commoners, I don't think so. The local military base is said to go pretty deep.

sent out, causing panic among more than a million people in Hawaii.

I had considered that too but tend to think maybe not for two reasons:
-Tulsi received the message as soon as it was broadcast and checked with HI officials who said no attack and tweeted it within a very few minutes. She has no access to the broadcast system which sent out a retraction 38 min after the initial warning.
- The emergency sirens were silent and should have sounded either immediately or within a few minutes. They are tested continuously for emergency alerts such as hurricanes, tsunamis and attacks. One is about 1.5 miles away from me and I hear it during the tests or weather emergencies. Of course they could have been negligent in sounding the sirens but, all things considered, I don't think so.
So it's on the list but probably not at the top.

It looks like Jim Stone is also checking on the possibility/validity of that eventuality:
14 January 2018
Yesterday's nuclear launch on Hawaii real? Possibly. (http://82.221.129.208/.zk7.html)
The following is thus far urban myth, but people should be aware of it because it could be true, and is certainly plausible. If a submarine was destroyed, it is overwhelmingly probable for it to have been Israeli.
I have a way to know if this story is true. Israel should have THREE dolphin 2 submarines in 2018. If the years go on and they can only show two, one of them just bit the dust.
The Dolphin 2 submarines have air independent propulsion, which gives them a range and endurance second only to a nuclear submarine. One of these could have made it to Hawaii, especially with clandestine surface support.
The possible submarines are: Dolphin, Leviathan, Tekumah, Tanin, Rahav and Dakar (not yet commissioned) with the last 3 having a very large air independent range. People ought to be able to confirm one missing by keeping an extended (years long) eye on Israeli naval bases.
http://82.221.129.208/wowifthisistrue.gif
Once again, the above cannot be confirmed true, but it is intriguing to say the least. Keep an eye on Israel's subs.
Here's an interesting post on this topic. I'd have to say I agree.
I live on maui. The "oops" Hawaii ballistic missile alert just doesn't add up. Think about your job. Imagine the biggest **** up that you could possibly commit. A **** up that doesn't damage your workplace or harm anyone that you work with, or outside of work, but a MASSIVE **** up none the less. Something that would get you immediately fired and or put in prison even.
What would it take for you to **** up that bad at your job?? Would it even be possible? Is it something so easily done that would have such catastrophic effects? Is it something so simple as hitting a wrong button and sending an alert to a million plus people? I'm sorry but there are no "buttons" that are set up to do that. I just don't see this as a big mistake, there's something more. I'm not sure what but I know it wasn't just a simple ****ing mistake.
A subsequent response:
Head dude was asked if he was there when it all went down. He said no, the system is set up so that no one needs to be there. Kinda contradicted his button pushing story.
BTW, I'm on Kauai - Aloha!
[Jim Stone's] comment: The cover story really is rock stupid. As if the emergency alert system has a custom "button" for a nuke attack, that automatically sends out a canned message. And that is exactly why the purported whistleblower testimony about a submarine nuke launch is so plausible, it is FAR MORE plausible than an idiotic "oops" story.
-------------------------------------------------
15 January 2018
UPDATE: I AM NOW CONFIDENT THE REPORT ABOUT ISRAEL LAUNCHING A FAILED NUKE ATTACK ON HAWAII IS TRUE. (http://82.221.129.208/.zk7.html)
"Confident" is the best I can do when it can't actually be proven.
But the back channels of the internet have filled up with massive numbers of trolls that are onto this story like maggots on a rotting dog, trolls that are saying the most stupid things, like "I wonder what nation owned the sub, Paraguay? (as if they are serious) and other absolutely ridiculous crap.
FACT: There is only ONE nuclear nation that has submarines that fit the description that is not Russia or the U.S. and that is ISRAEL.
The banality of the trollage points ONE DIRECTION: ISRAEL. Naked banal we have seen it everywhere countless times predictable stupid ISRAELI TROLLAGE.
"Now we have to scream "Nazi" sniff, and force Germany to cough us up another sub . . . . . sniff.
I was a little bit skeptical of this until I saw the nature of the trollage. Now I am like - "Oh my God!"
==========================================
The only point contradicting the above for it being real is latte's testimony of no howling warning sirens. So, it wasn't even a drill.
Accordingly, it's back to a "media" coup/psy-op and Welles' "War of the Worlds" test study (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?97611-The-Grannie-of-All-Large-Scale-Instant-Psy-ops-and-The-Fear-Survival-Triggers-Pair).

A sub attack that was immediately stopped does make sense! With all it has to loose it's difficult to see NK launch a lone missile attack all on it's own.
That's why they would tell the senator within minutes of the alarm going out that it was false alarm - she would not be in the inner information circles. (And if she is, she wouldn't say.)

The new line from the MSM is that the police knew it was a false alarm five minutes after the alert was given.
I CALL BUNK, because if that was true, how on earth did the EAS take 33 additional minutes after that to give the all clear? Would they not be the first to know?
The police should have gotten the all clear from the EAS. If they did not, who gave them the all clear? It's not like all the cops have a secret line to military command post X.

It was proven that it was launched by a Chinese Navy Jin class ballistic missile nuclear submarine, and it got scrubbed by the Pentagon and debunked by Snopes.
Yet it was so freaking obvious what it was that no one, even hunch backed emma believed the Pentagon.
What happened in California is a SOLID, ROCK SOLID PRECEDENT for there to have been a real missile launch and shoot down off of Hawaii, with subsequent media white wash. You can't trust a damn thing the media says, they are all a bunch of scamming traitors.
The real back story to the Chinese missile incident is that it was a warning shot to the U.S., to prove China could circumvent detection by the U.S. The missile was fired 30 miles off the coast, and sent on a trajectory that caused it to land 400 miles to the west, in the Pacific.
The U.S. claims territorial waters 250 miles out, and China totally violated that but what could the Pentagon do? Encourage them to launch another missile the other way?

How about that for a back story? Obviously it can't be confirmed, but it sure beats the "bumbling fool" on alert button ludicrousy.

Jim Stone's updates:
Hawaii update
15 January 2018
The new line from the MSM is that the police knew it was a false alarm five minutes after the alert was given.
I CALL BUNK, because if that was true, how on earth did the EAS take 33 additional minutes after that to give the all clear? Would they not be the first to know?
The police should have gotten the all clear from the EAS. If they did not, who gave them the all clear? It's not like all the cops have a secret line to military command post X.
I CALL BUNK, it is a cover story for something much bigger.

A very wild thought, so forgive me for airing it. :)
I wonder if there's any slight possibility that it was actually real (i.e. that there really was a missile) — but that it was very quickly dealt with. And then hushed up to avoid escalation, or global instability not on the NWO agenda, or even a public demand for war.
Received this via email..tried to copy and paste but struggling with tablet...there were a few pictures...anyway my thoughts exactly Bill.
Solaris sent this link to me and I found it quite amazing that someone captured the photos of what appear to be Lightships or something like that. Were they involved in the deactivating of missiles headed toward the islands? I would not be surprised. "UFOs" have consistently been observed around missile silos, etc., when nuclear alerts were given (at least I have read that several places).
Then Ben Fulford's CIA sources said the missile alert was not a mistake, and that "It was not—it was an attempt by “the cabal” to blame the attack on North Korea and use it as a trigger for their long-desired World War III..." Well, perhaps the Galactics (Pleiadeans, Andromedans, Who-the-Heck-Knows-edans did have a part in this. At the time this happened, I was NOT awake, and I had NO idea this was going on.
In any event, I found this a great compilation of data by Solaris. Enjoy the read. (also of relevance is this recent Kp blog post)
"On January 13, 2018, at 8:07am Hawaii time, a message flashed across TV screens and cell phones. This message was declared a false alarm thirty eight minutes later. The message on cell phones, in all capital letters, was “Ballistic missile threat inbound to Hawaii. Seek immediate Shelter. This is not a drill.” Thirty eight minutes later (8:47am Hawaii time), another message flashed across phones saying “There is no missile threat or danger to the State of Hawaii. Repeat. False Alarm.”
"Commentary by Solaris Modalis... Interviews with Local Officials, Jan 13 2018: Pertinent Details
Local television station KHON2.com published an article and video that includes a video interview of personnel from the monitoring facility that was the source of the message.
On the video from the article, the head of HEMA – the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency Administrator said, “We will take action to prevent this from ever happening again by having more than one person here to do this, make this decision. We’ll work on equipment changes.”
A reporter then says, “Were you here when it happened?”
The head of HEMA says, “This is designed so that we don’t have to be here if this type of event happens. We don’t want people calling us to get permission when we have such a short time window.”
The article goes on to quote the governor of Hawaii as saying, “There was no automated way to send a false alarm cancellation. We had to initiate a manual process”.
The brigadier general also being interviewed then recommends that if an alert occurs again in Hawaii, it should be treated as the real thing until an “all clear” is given.
According to an article by Reuters, the head of HEMA stated, “Hawaii would have only 12 to 13 minutes of warning in an actual attack…”.
Commentary by Solaris Modalis
From the above interviews, it appears that a key person received information or checked equipment at the relevant facility, determined an attack was imminent, and then, sent out the alert.
It appears that the personnel working at this facility that monitors for incoming missiles, are tasked with this responsibility, thus they have the training for it and are considered responsible enough to make independent decisions, and to protect the population by sending out alerts during an actual attack.
Since the window is quite small – potentially only 12 to 13 minutes – time is of the essence in decision making.
There is no system to cancel alerts. Thus the equipment must be considered to be pretty accurate, and / or, the choice is to err on the side of caution.
If the equipment to monitor for ballistic missiles is accurate, then why did it indicate a potential missile strike?
Later on in the day, it was said that a test was supposed to take place which then accidentally went live.
Two Photographs of the Hawaiian Sky, and An Interesting Story
The following photo was sent to me by my friend Alex Clark, and was found on Facebook. I do not have the account name associated with the photograph. It is a photo of the live KHON broadcast taken thirty one minutes after the emergency was declared a false alert.

Dylan also mentions again the concept (fact) that we (the USA) have a “bought” government, and a ” global government that has been bought and duplicitous for centuries“. Here is a link to the last post on this site which included those remarks about government by Dylan Ratigan.
Does anyone think/feel that Dylan is on to something?
" data-medium-file="" data-large-file="" class="size-full wp-image-4916 " src="https://solarismodalis.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/IMG_2686-KHON-Sky-Image.jpg" alt="Hawaii, UFO, UFOs, missile alert, January 13 2018, galactic, extraterrestrial, interdimensional" style="max-width: 100%; height: auto; margin-bottom: 12px; clear: both; display: block; margin: 0 auto; padding: 4px; background-color: white; border: 1px solid #ccc; clear: both; float: left; margin-right: 1em; padding: 4px; background-color: white; border: 1px solid #ccc">
Let’s take a look at this photo with some color edits (below). I have bumped up the contrast as far as it can go in the photo. What this will usually do is darken pretty much the entire photograph. However, the round orbs in the sky are glowing incredibly bright even with the photo darkened as much as was possible.
Potential UFOs Over Hawaii During Missile Emergency
So, let’s call them UFOs – daytime UFOs. Present at Hawaii, during the missile alert. This will be the first part of our interesting story.
It is interesting that the largest one has a diamond shape. With the color edits, the diamond shaped UFO also appears 3D – it has a form like a ship might have.
The next photograph has slightly different color edits, and slightly enlarged. These color edits and zooming in reveal the diamond shape of the UFO fairly well.
The other thing about the large UFO’s diamond shape, is that this is clearly not a cloud. It has 90 degree angles would not be reflected in a usual photograph of a cloud.
I just wrote the word “angles” as “angels” – I had to go back and correct the spelling. And when I did that, I had the confirmation feeling, that these vessels, or ones like them, may have saved the day.
Were These UFOs Assisting in the Emergency?
Let’s make that part two of our interesting story: That these unusual daytime UFOs, present at an extraordinary time, and at a time where the people of Hawaii, and the world, needed assistance, may have been involved in this emergency situation – if it was a real emergency.
UFOs and Nuclear Technology
UFOs are known to have focused upon nuclear sites and missiles on this planet.
The following quote by Robert Hastings, an authority in this area of research, is from a Collective Evolution article entitled, “Why are UFOs Shutting Down our Nuclear Missiles?”:
“Significantly, the UFO activity occasionally transcends mere surveillance and involves direct and unambiguous interference with our strategic weapons systems. Numerous cases include reports of mysterious malfunctions of large numbers of nuclear missiles just as one or more UFOs hovered nearby.” (Declassified Soviet Ministry of Defense documents confirm that such incidents also occurred in the former USSR.) ~ Robert Hastings
So, let’s make that part three of our interesting story – that UFOs can and do effect nuclear missiles. There is much testimony on this from credible sources, if you wish to research it, and there are links to Robert Hastings’ work in the article from Collective Evolution.
An Interesting Story of Galactic Assistance
Let’s put our interesting story together, now. When we do that, it goes something like this:
An incoming missile was noted and an alert was sent out. Proper steps were taken and best judgements were made.
The galactic presence on Earth – in the form of UFOs – intervened and deactivated, and/or shot down, and/or sent off course, the potential incoming missile(s).
The UFOs then stood ‘guard’ over Hawaii for some period of time, revealing their presence in the sky.
The emergency was declared a ‘false alarm’ – because there were no longer missiles detected by the equipment.
I hope you have enjoyed our interesting story – a potential story of what may have transpired during the Hawaii missile emergency.
Here is my question – how would you feel, if it were true? How would you feel if you felt that we had assistance, from unseen realms?
How does it feel to think, or to know, that there are more technologically advanced beings that have ‘got our back’?
Not to be saviors, no, because it is up to us human beings to solve our own problems, and to create our own innovative solutions.
Maybe, just maybe, we do have angels.

Pearl Harbor. There's a huge amount of evidence that Roosevelt allowed the [very real] attack specifically in order to get the public behind the US entering WWII.
And 9/11, and the Gulf of Tonkin, of course. :) In all three cases the public demand was genuine (though definitely whipped up by the media), while Pearl Harbor was permitted to happen and the other two were true false flags.
(And of course, there are many more than that. All false flags are specifically intended to justify 'retaliatory' action to support a political agenda.)

Ah yes, indeed, but as you say - whipped up by the media, which makes it somewhat less than genuine.
Were a government to take a poll about going to war, even after a massive false flag and media frenzy of rhetoric I wonder if they would still get the go ahead?
The vociferous are always in a minority from my observations.
Nevertheless we are drifting from topic, so...

BREAKING NEWS: Japanese broadcaster issues false North Korea ballistic missile alarm just three days after alert caused panic across Hawaii
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5274289/Japanese-TV-issues-false-North-Korea-missile-alarm.html
A Japanese broadcaster has issued a false North Korea ballistic missile alarm just days after a phone alert warning of a possible strike caused panic across Hawaii.
The NHK network sent out the warning today but apologised and corrected the error within minutes.
What is going on?
ETA: Update from Jim Stone on above breaking news:
NHK MISSILE WARNING A PROBABLE HOAX TO COVER FOR HAWAII
Japanese broadcaster NHK released a warning that North Korea had launched a missile at Japan. Probably on purpose to cover for Hawaii
NHK could be compared to ABC News and is not part of the national emergency system. Having them issue a false alert could easily be arranged for a "me too" scenario after what happened in Hawaii. I'm not buying it, no other broadcasters issued an alert, no sirens went off at military bases and no texts were sent to people's cell phones. This event was only a headline grabber to make people think GEE, MAYBE SOMEONE DID JUST ACCIDENTALLY PUSH A BUTTON IN HAWAII. I am NOT buying it.
My take on what happened with NHK is that Jap media is as evil as American media and they are working hand in hand now to salvage a false flag prospect over the next few days. The attempt in Hawaii failed, but there are thousands of missiles and nukes, and NHK doing this is going to help salvage prospects of having the public believe a back up plan that has probably now been put into place.

Bill, was listening to several reports last night from Q via other interviews on the internet that this was perhaps a real missile launched and taken down and indeed covered up with this excuse 30 minutes later and the agenda is exactly what you describe. With all of these indictments supposedly coming down on high powered politicians there is an all out agenda to distract whatever it takes and this could have been one of many to come before the show starts. Keep an open mind for anything(event) that happens as we enter the wild west to clean the swamp.

A few possible scenarios came to my mind...
There were real missile strikes and the missiles were taken down, but I personally doubt that option. Perhaps they are testing the missile defense systems because they intend to strike North Korea this year or then it's some sort of a psychological operation to keep people in fear. Could also be a distraction from something?

I came across this interaction between a journalist and a US official.
The employee who hit the wrong button in Hawaii, triggering a false alarm warning of an inbound missle, had chance to catch their mistake; they had to hit the wrong button TWICE:
Reporter: There was a two-step process and they pressed Yes in both situations?
Official: Right.
Why was the Alert programme open? Who told them to open it? Or were they just trying to install JAVA?

There have been no pictures of screen-shots or any type of evidence about the Japanese broadcaster, just the story in MSM.
Think about it.

From NHK World: Japan -
NHK apologizes for false missile alert (https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20180116_39/) (Jan 16)
NHK is apologizing after issuing a false alert that said North Korea had probably launched a missile and warned people in Japan to take cover.
The false message was sent in Japanese shortly before 7 PM local time on Tuesday. It went out through the public broadcaster's Japanese apps and website.
A few minutes later, NHK corrected the wrong information. There are no reports of problems caused by the mistake. NHK says a switching error is to blame.
The incident comes just days after officials in the US state of Hawaii issued a false missile alarm and caused panic.

On the 16th, NHK posted a preliminary report on the news site, news and disaster prevention application, "Pattern of North Korean missile launch", and it was corrected that it was a false alarm after 5 minutes. According to the NHK public relations department, the staff said that they misoperated the equipment.
The preliminary report flowed at 6:55 pm. "Pattern of North Korean missile launch" J alert government "Evacuate in the building and underground" was made. Actually, however, J alert is not working and corrected as "Breaking was incorrect J alert has not appeared". Announcer apologized even among news from 7 pm.
According to NHK, when a staff member of the press attempted to distribute another news bulletin, he mistakenly sent the missile launch news prepared for emergency.
J Alert is a system that sends ballistic missiles, tsunami warnings, emergency earthquake prompts, etc. from the country to local governments using satellites. Recently, when North Korea's ballistic missile passed through Japan in September 2017, it operated in Hokkaido, Tohoku and so on. When it operates, an alarm automatically flows at each television station.
With regard to missile warnings, there was a problem that a message calling for evacuation was erroneously transmitted on 13th in Hawaii.

Go to 22:13 in this interview for a claimed credible insider report of a real missile launch — from a renegade Chinese submarine, trying to start a war.
The missile was taken out by the US, the source claims, while the submarine was taken out by the Chinese Navy.
Strong supportive evidence for this may come today (18 Jan), if the Petro-Yuan contract is delayed. So stay tuned. :)

Jim Stone had speculated, on his jimstone.is website, that it was a missile fired from an Israeli sub, not a Chinese sub.
Jim Stone's speculations on this fit my biases better than Dave Janda's speculations.
Moreover, I didn't hear any good reason why, if the Chinese did this, that would be associated with a potential delay in the Petro-Yuan contract.
As with Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, so with what I would (wildly) speculate with what was really attempted behind this "false missile alert" over Hawaii ... in both cases the Israeli's being willing to create major nuclear disasters in the Far East, in order to stir up trouble that they can use to their own purposes.
I would expect that China is doing what it can to calm things down over North Korea, not stir them up. China doesn't want a million refugees from a devastated North Korea swarming over the border into China, which would be one potential outcome of the US thinking that North Korea blew up a nuclear bomb over Hawaii.
My further wild speculation, without any basis whatsoever in actual evidence, would be that Janda was sent on a mission to Greg Hunter's show to spread a false story, blaming China rather than Israel, and that the supposed connection with a potential delay in the Petro-Yuan contract was a nifty slight of hand (of tongue?) to give some credibility to this false story, for which Jandra did not provide, nor even suggest, any more substantive evidence.

Saying that some unspecified intelligence contact predicted something that has a good chance of happening anyway (there have often been delays in China's rolling out new financial instruments/activities) is a rather thin and indirect line of support for an otherwise, in my view at least, a rather unbelievable and implausible second hand rumor of an accusation of China doing something that is not in its best interests nor in its usual style of behaving.

Fully agreed! I was just clarifying the content of the interview. :)
By the way, it was claimed it was a Chinese renegade faction that launched the missile, and that the submarine concerned was taken out immediately by the Chinese Navy — who do NOT want a war, or for any provocative action to be blamed on them.

... one more thought ... I find it rather implausible that a rogue element of the Chinese military would be firing off nuclear armed missiles from Chinese submarines at the United States (or at anyone else.)
Israel, on the other hand, has means, motive, opportunity, and a past history that are all consistent with such activities.

Too much of a leap for me, Harley. If it was a failed false flag then why was the Japanese false alert released three days later? If that was intended as a part of a false flag then one would expect it to have been deemed a failure on the 13th and the Japanese false alert would never have happened?
Something's up for sure but I'm not entertaining it's anything more significant than a social engineering stunt until evidence proves otherwise, to assume it must be something significant is underestimating what they're willing to do to fulfil their agendas.
Continuing along that line, what are the universals that emerge from both false alerts?
Missile alert - North Korea (inferred in Hawaii due to foundation already laid) - perceived threat taken seriously by 'authorities' (since there are prepared alerts that were mistakenly released) - error (faulty/inept emergency/defence system). So that's what they want us to believe.
It took 38 minutes for them to retract the false alert in Hawaii, plenty of time for residents and tourists to experience the sense of helplessness and terror of "any moment now" since it has been estimated it would take roughly 30 minutes for a missile to reach the US from North Korea (estimations vary due to little known capabilities).

Thousands of Hawaiians eased their anxieties by watching porn just moments after a ballistic missile alert last Saturday turned out to be a false alarm, Pornhub traffic data has revealed.
Most Hawaiians predictably abandoned their porn to save their lives from an imminent ballistic threat, Pornhub, the largest pornographic video sharing website, revealed Wednesday. Within fifteen minutes after the Islanders received the emergency alert reading: "BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL," traffic to Pornhub dropped dramatically.
Traffic plunged some 77 percent from its usual numbers. Either the remaining 23 percent were too hardcore to skip their Saturday porn fix, even in the face of incoming missiles, or they were in too much of a rush to hit pause. Or maybe they were all set for a good time in the comfort of their bunkers.
"Based on real-time, per-minute page-views, and compared to levels on the previous two Saturdays, our statisticians found a precipitous drop in traffic at 8:07am immediately after the warning was sent out. By 8:23am, traffic was a massive -77% below that of a typical Saturday," Pornhub said.
The need for porn surged right back up as soon as the all-clear signal came in at 8:45am, when authorities reassured Hawaiians that the original alert was, in fact, a false alarm. By 09:00am, there was a dramatic increase as people were online again to work off the tension.
"Traffic began to return to normal and Hawaiians collectively breathed a sigh of relief," Pornhub said. "Those seeking further relief headed back to Pornhub where page views surged +48% above typical levels at 9:01am."

Wild thought indeed bill :sherlock: So wild it might just be true!
If I am to understand this correctly there were two alerts at about the same time with one in Hawaii and one in Japan. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I've heard talks about several submarines including dolphins and if both events happened at the same time from a single sub off the coast of Hawaii as reported, then isn't there a possibility of a cruise missile launched at Hawaii and a ballistic missile launched at Japan? Perhaps testing different defenses?
I don't know so I'm following as fast as I can..
Sometimes I even wonder who's really in charge of North Korea

I understood that the NSA has a huge data store in Hawaii to which Trump needed access as part of his "deep state" witchhunt and has not been able to access it. This one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaii_Cryptologic_Center
The purpose of the missile alert was to trigger the emergency migration of that data store to the US mainland where access was possible. That is an automatic mechanism apparently in the event of an imminent nuclear attack on Hawaii.

Soooo... it now seems that the alert was real... and that there was a real missile... and that it did get shot down...
From Jim Stone (http://82.221.129.208/.zj6.html):
CONFIRMED BY WITNESSES: MISSILE SHOT DOWN (http://82.221.129.208/.zj6.html)
A chartered vessel with 9 tour boat guides and about 13 tourists witnessed some type of explosion in the sky about 100 NM offshore of Maui at the time the nuclear alert went off in Hawaii. Witnesses that were in a light house 100 miles away also saw the explosion, which would mean it had to be huge and visible from two different vantage points at least 100 miles apart. This would likely have been a nuclear weapon used to take down another nuclear weapon. SEE THIS (https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=81&v=Bhto4f-NiQs)

Thanks Herve, that's a lot of great information and I will finish going through it in the morning as I was just headed off to bed LOL.
I guess my first question would be whether it was a ballistic or a cruise missile. Seems like you would have a much better chance at seeing an explosion if it was a cruise missile. If it was ballistic then it would have had to have been hit pretty quick in the Boost phase I would think.

Asking a question - (or three, reality check..)
This part of the assumption of the "report" will try to make sense out of "witness statements" that the explosion lit up the entire sky in the daylight (long after sunrise).. Therefore..
Who tours 100 nautical miles west of Maui, in 12,000 - 15,000 foot deep water? Where there are no features to look at for instance (see map).
Who has not one tour guide but 9 tour guides 100 nautical miles west of Maui (with "tourists")?
At 0800 AM in the MORNING? Anybody "touring" out there would have had to have left like 0300 AM in the morning under the cover of darkness. WHO in their right minds would do that?
Here below is a map of Maui and the surrounding islands, with a 115 mile (about 100 nautical miles) radius drawn around the leeward side (as interpreted in the report statement)..
This original story was posted January 19th on Intellihub website: https://www.intellihub.com/claim-hawaii-charter-boat-group-witnessed-explosion-in-sky-on-morning-of-false-missile-alert/
By Lexi Morgan - January 19, 2018
A man’s sister told him a group of boaters witnessed an aerial explosion about 100 NM offshore around 8:00 a.m. last Saturday morning
SOUTH PACIFIC (INTELLIHUB) — A man posted a video to YouTube on Sunday in which he claims his sister, who lives on Maui, heard that a group of 9 tour boat guides and about 13 tourists witnessed some type of explosion in the sky about 100 NM offshore (leeward side.)
“They said it looked like a meteor and then all of a sudden it was a big boom and it lit up the entire sky,” he explained. “It was at eight o’clock in the morning.”
“Maybe this wasn’t a drill after all,” he said. “I would think that the United States would not want to cause more panic if they did launch something at Hawaii — they would say it was a mistake.”
Anybody else see anything out-reality with this "story" ?
http://chanlo.com/images/100nm-1.jpg
A potential shot of 4600 miles from North Korea (Mainland)
http://chanlo.com/images/4600.jpg
There then is the question if such a missile was there 100 nm off the west coast of Maui, who would have shot it down? From where?
There is scuttle-butt on the internet that the "Missile" was launched from an Israeli Dolphin 2 submarine. (exopolitics - http://exopolitics.org/the-secret-navy-behind-the-ballistic-missile-attack-on-hawaii/)
Anybody care to compute the cost of fuel for a "tourboat" to have like 500 nm worth of fuel on board with lets say 200 nm worth of fuel burned?
Now, Let's take another approach, re-interpreting the "Quote" a different way - this section:
8:00 a.m. last Saturday morning
A big "boom" "then it lit up the entire sky". That is out of sequence, isn't it? Light travels faster than sound. And how can a BOOM from 100 nautical miles away be heard? Or felt as a wind?
Here is a picture in the morning what the sky looks like looking WEST (into the Pacific), off Wailea Maui. It is a nice BRIGHT BLUE..
http://pictures.escapia.com/HIFIVE/1106080630.jpg
How is anyone going to know where 115 miles is (100 nautical miles) "in the sky" from the Island (assuming the report from the private "lighthouse" was accurate too), to make an accurate observation (without landmarks) that observed "lit up the entire sky" (in the bright morning daylight).. Meteor's are not noted for from 100 miles away lighting up the entire sky in daylight, right??
Afternoon sunset shot, showing how "lit up the sky can be" during sunset.

A daylight meteor explosion example:

So could this "explosion" have been a meteor - https://www.space.com/25763-brilliant-daytime-fireball-meteor-video.html and not the "missile" allegedly "exploded" ?
It just seems there are too many "definites" (like 100 nm out) made by lay people who could not most likely, accurately report how high a jet airliner is flying to be able to then "cite with accuracy" 100 nm out is where it blew up and lit up the (daylight) sky..
It seems something is not making sense.
One more "oddity" - the video poster says this :
So far I have had people telling me this IS TRUE, at least a dozen residents have come forward and said they did see a flash or felt a blast of air on the SE side of Maui, I am in no way saying this is a fact...what I am saying is there are now people coming forward saying they saw something blow up off Island.
The original quote emphasizes - LEEWARD
explosion in the sky about 100 NM offshore (leeward side.)
On Maui the LEEWARD side is the SW not the SE. ( The incredulity continues it seems... )

One can get the idea that it is the explosion that was 100 NM off shore... not the tour boat(s) nor the witnesses per se...

In that case the sonic "boom" (which is an air propagated choc wave) could occur prior to an eventual explosion since it is unrelated to said explosion. The "boom" from the explosion itself may not have been heard nor felt.
... so on, so forth...
What's missing are videos and/or pictures from said tourists on a tour boat... I've never heard of tourists on a scenic tour go along without a damn camera...

A supersonic wave isn't going to travel faster than the light flash. I believe the report is bogus as far as a "missile". The point about who can accurately describe 100 nm away for an explosion is made. Also the expression that the SouthEast part of the island experienced a wind blast (from the explosion it is alluded). SE part of the island experiences wind, as it IS the windward side of the island. That the initial witnesses reports LEEWARD is different from the fellow's comments of SE side which is WINDWARD. The whole thing stinks IMHO. Sound before light, full sky explosion in daylight.. Very hard to believe, pushes incredulous.. As far as the first part of the conjecture made, an explosion that fast to be heard no doubt would need one to be right under the explosion. Meaning 100 nm out is where they would have to be under if one is to believe any aspect of the "claim".. that the explosion happened so quickly with a "flash".
We could go on and on about people being able to judge without reference points, how far something small is away. It is a waste of time IMHO to try to debate people's ability to judge sizes (and distances) without known reference points.
Inability to judge size (and thereby DISTANCE): https://midimagic.sgc-hosting.com/ufopercp.htm -
The human visual system is primarily adapted to simple close-up work. It fails miserably when someone tries to do any of the following tasks:
The visual system can't determine the actual size, actual distance, actual speed, or actual altitude of an unknown object. Human vision needs some of the following clues to accurately report any of these values:
Lens Accommodation: The object must be within 20 feet of the witness. People with presbyopia lose the ability to make this test, and glasses cannot restore it.
Eyeball convergence: The object must be within 30 feet of the witness, and the witness must have two good eyes. Many people can't do this beyond 20 feet.
Parallax: The object must be within 250 feet of the witness, and other objects at known distances must be in the same central vision field. The witness must have two good eyes.
CAVEAT: Witnesses tend to place the UFO at the same distance as a nearby landmark is at, if they are unable to use parallax correctly due to a substantial angle between the landmark and the UFO.
Perspective: The object must be visibly in contact with a surface that maintains a perspective order to the objects on it (e.g. the ground). The maximum distance depends on the contour of the surface, and on the periodicity of known objects on the surface, but a mile is achievable with an adequate number of objects on flat ground, and many miles can be observed accurately from certain high places.
CAVEAT: The sky cannot be considered as a perspective surface, since nothing can touch it at a known place. Many visual illusions are caused by the sky appearing to be a plane surface.
CAVEAT: Faulty perspective effects can also cause the witness to overestimate the angular size of any UFO. (any object that is "unindentified" which is "flying".. Not necessarily a manned craft)
Scattering: Intervening air scatters light into the path of observation, causing the object to look lighter and bluer than it is. Unfortunately, if the true color of the object is unknown, then this effect is not very useful.
Overlap: If the object passes in front of objects at known distances, and behind objects at known distances, then the estimate of actual distance can be constrained to be between the known values.
CAVEAT: Halation from a very bright object can appear to overlap a nearer object. This happens because halation occurs within the retina of the eye, inside photographic film, or within a TV camera's sensor array.
Cast shadows: If a known light source causes the object to cast a shadow in a known location, then the location of the object can be estimated.
CAVEAT: Remember that the sun is at infinity for the purpose of measuring shadows.
Light propagation: If the unknown object is a light source, the way its light shines on other objects and casts shadows can be used to locate its position relative to the other objects.
CAVEAT: Some other source may have actually shone the light on the other objects.
Familiarity: If the observer knows the exact identity of the object, then its true size is in mind. The observed angular size than gives him a rough (well within one order of magnitude) idea of distance, speed, and altitude. This is how trained observers can spot airplanes and report their distances, speeds, and altitudes over a distance of several miles.
CAVEAT: This training cannot extend to unknown objects, since the true size is unknown. It only works with familiar objects.
CAVEAT: If the observer guesses at the identity or size of the object, this guess then distorts the impressions of size, distance, speed, and altitude in all further observations, unless something occurs to strongly contradict the guess.
CAVEAT: UFO witnesses tend to guess a size in the range of a human carrying vehicle.
Instrumentation: If the observer has a device that can find distance by widened parallax (or widened convergence), it can increase the distance that can be measured.
CAVEAT: This still requires objects of known distance in the visual field, unless instruments and calibrations for convergence are present.
Multiple Witnesses: While each witness can form an individual estimate of size or distance that is way off, if they are far enough apart, and if their observations can be reconstructed to be synchronous in space and time, the object can be accurately located.
Visual impressions of size or speed can simply be scaled to get the true values.
Absolutely agree, why no people with cameras running.. We could assume that there would be some sort of smoke or debris, which could have been image captured, long after the "purported explosion".

Hawaii left reeling after missile threat false alarm
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGB8Szs64mI
The infamous “button-pusher” who sent out a false missile alert that caused chaos across the Hawaiian Islands earlier this month is now refusing to work with federal and internal investigators, a top Federal Communications Commission official said Thursday.
The unidentified Hawaii Emergency Management Agency official has backed off working with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) -- and also has refused to work with two internal Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (HI-EMA) investigations, The Star Advertiser reported (http://www.staradvertiser.com/2018/01/24/breaking-news/schatz-to-lead-hearing-on-alert-systems-in-wake-of-hawaii-blunder/).
The FCC’s Homeland Security Bureau chief Lisa Fowlkes confirmed this at a Senate hearing on Thursday saying that while HI-EMA leaders have cooperated, “we are disappointed, however, that one key employee, the person who transmitted the false alert, is refusing to cooperate with our investigation.”
“We hope that person will reconsider,” Fowlkes added.
On January 13, a civil defense employee at HI-EMA accidently sent out an alert that notified more than a million people in Hawaii that they were about to be struck by a nuclear missile. Some 38 minutes passed before HI-EMA officials sent an alert to people's phones confirming the false alarm.
That employee has since been temporarily reassigned within the agency as the investigation continues.

Sales of fighters, missile defense systems push Lockheed Martin's revenue to new heights
Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor, reported record annual sales of $51 billion on Monday, up from $47.2 billion a year earlier, as the Bethesda, Maryland-based company saw growth in all four of its major business divisions.
In a call with analysts, Lockheed Martin chief executive Marillyn Hewson said much of the growth was driven by sales of its F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, which is ramping up production. The firm's profits were helped along by sales of the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) and PAC-3 missile defense systems, which have received increased international interest amid an escalating nuclear stand-off with North Korea. And the company also benefited from a GOP-sponsored tax reform bill that slashed corporate tax rates, allowing the company to fund its pension requirements through 2021.

The FCC is blaming human error and faulty safeguards for a false missile alert that
set off a panic in Hawaii earlier this month. The FCC said the panic started when an
employee mistook a drill for a real warning about a missile threat, and sent the warning.

It is with that kind of corporations that one can come to realize that a "False Flag" may not necessarily be the work of some nation's government since, now, any of these big corporations can create their own for their own benefits.

This story reeks as if part of a cover up of what really went down (or up then down) that day. Try to refuse to cooperate with an internal or police investigation of something this serious and see what happens. From a criminal law standpoint one would have to take the fifth amendment against self incrimination in order to keep your mouth shut. To do that you must either be the target of a criminal investigation or have a reasonable objective belief that you will imminently be such a target. Which is not out of the question in this case.

Yeah you are right and this Russian news report is completely open about it.
This would also explain the Fox report and Trump giving billions to the mil
ind complex. As an aside it has been suggested that bodies within the US
gave mil secrets to its enemies during the cold war through to today so
as to have a viable enemy to keep their own mil industries going.

I may just go crazy arriving a conclusion and how accurate would that be?
Again, this sounds completely plausible, but I'm not sure how much I trust the Pentagon as a reliable source.
Cider, do you think phased-array radar is what the US is counting on for an umbrella?
I really appreciate all the info so quickly and wished I could have responded sooner, however we were out to dinner with my daughter last night.
After sending the RT article to my cousin in Hawaii his response was, "Yep, of course we heard about that right away. It's not an exact science yet."

Cider, do you think phased-array radar is what the US is counting on for
an umbrella?
Both China and Russia have made progress in this field , the US has had versions of
it for decades and now needs to catch up. The military is definitely upgrading by the
looks of it and gave three defence companies to compete for the contract , the
ever growing mil ind complex is well funded and now Russia and China are
rearming after the cold war it gives them the excuse to spend more $$$$'s.
Of course the globalists/banksters have used this for centuries giving both sides
tech so as to keep wars or the fear of conflicts going . Its highly suspicious
that after the end of the cold war , China particularly was helped to modernise
her armed forces and Russia has slimmed down in numbers but increased quality...
