Mr Corbett mentioned the project Blue Beam (min. 32) and the first publications on it from a French Canadian journalist in the 90's.

I made a fast search on Serge Monast, the journalist in question. He was doing research on conspirations before most, at the time Icke started or Cooper.

He died in 1996 at 51 years old from a heart attack.... His two children had been previously taken away from him and his wife, since his wife was in dire financial circumstances and claims that she is the a electronic harassment target.

Monast wrote and research on the Free Masons, the Illuminati, on ET but he also had quite a lot of writings on different topics such as analysis or novels, and more. He was quite prolific.

The last inquest he made was related to the global vaccination campaign of the whole Quebec province population.

Monast was claiming that there were no reasons for global vaccination, nothing was proven in terms of needs and was opposing it saying that it was to control the population.
